We love to stay at this hotel when visiting our son at Cleveland State. It’s very convenient and easy to get to. Staff is always accommodating and friendly. The beds are extremely comfortable. Always a great night sleep.

Reasonably priced hotel within easy walking distance of Cleveland's theater district and within reasonable walking distances of such attractions as the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the sports venues. Property a bit older worn a little around the edges but very well maintained. Convenient parking lot next door. Staff courteous and professional.

Cleaning staff would leave our door propped opened even when they were not in the room cleaning. Came back to the room no staff around and my door was propped open. They were more secure with the bathroom in the lobby being locked.

The staff was phenomenal. The property was very clean and quiet, yet outdated. The vending machines only take dollar bills and quarters, which was a bit of an inconvenience. Otherwise, our stay went well. The parking attendant and shuttle driver were also great
