Great place to stay while visiting family in Cleveland for Thanksgiving! Very convenient to the highway; clean; easy parking; nearby food and shopping. Hotel was very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great too! Will continue to stay here for our Thanksgiving trips.

It’s a very pleasant experience to stay at Drury Inn and suites. Warm welcome and speedy check in process with free drinks and late afternoon snacks (it’s an easy convenient meal for our family). The room was clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the great variety choice breakfasts during our three day trip. We loved the convenient location to go to our two favorite grocery stores: Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s and great restaurants. The hotel is situated close to the highway and main roads but in a quiet corner back to trees. It’s the perfect location and awesome hotel stay experience for our family! Thank You all to the hard working staffs at Drury Inn & suites!

Stayed for a concert downtown which was about a 30 minute drive. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is like new and the room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was good and the evening kickback was a pleasant surprise.

Loved the free breakfast and free evening snacks and drinks. Had a suite room with a comfortable sitting area. Beds were comfortable. Nice hot tub and pool. Elevators were clean, quiet and quick. Would definitely check out other Drury hotels in other areas.

This was a great hotel experience for me. Clean and well-maintained rooms and premises, nice big tv, large upscale bathroom, comfortable bed. Even thought the hotel seemed packed, it was very quiet. I appreciated that I could turn off the HVAC and avoid the annoying fan noise that often disturbs me at other hotels. Breakfast had lots of options. It was pretty ordinary but fine. They serve a small selection of hot food, salad and beverages at dinner time - a much-appreciated amenity I’ve never encountered before. Employees seemed to enjoy working there, which translated into great customer service. The only negative I can think of is the garish picture setting on the tv. But overall, it was an excellent experience and I’ll be seeking out Drury properties in the future.
