Not Pet Friendly
Had to bring a pet due to last minute arrangements. Called hotel which said they were “pet friendly” for a fee of $50 per day. Once we checked in and paid the $50 rate per day we were handed their “pet friendly” policy. It indicated that the pet was not welcome in any shared areas such as dining area or lobby. It indicated that we would need to take the stairs at all times with the pet (our room was 5th floor) in order to respect other guests. We were not allowed to leave the pet in the room at any time unsupervised (even thought our pet was 14lbs and crate trained). This hotel WAS NOT AT ALL pet friendly. Our trip was ruined. My husband and I had to eat the “complimentary” breakfast and evening buffet in shifts in order for one person to stay with the dog in the room. We were not able to enjoy the pool/hot tub area in the evening. I would not recommend this hotel. The room was old and dark. Decor was outdated. Pillows were hard and thin sheet without a blanket on the bed. We will stay at The 9 hotel next time which is truly pet friendly.

Amazing hotel with a great staff.
It was great! Prime location, they offer free breakfast, and "dinner time" snacks which included hot dogs, nachos, soup, freshly made popcorn, Mac and cheese, and more! They also provide three alcohol beverages per night, from wine to beer! Staff is extremely welcoming, kind and hard working. If I ever come back to Cleveland, I'll be sure to come back to this hotel.

I stayed at the Drury Plaza for two nights. Everyone including valet, front desk, restaurant servers, and housekeeping were polite , friendly and efficient. The breakfast is also excellent! Lots of items including pancakes, pastries, toast, eggs, biscuits, fresh oatmeal, cereal, coffee, potatoes and sausage. Nice convenient location to dining and entertainment. The only complaint was the carpet. It was outdated and several stains ruined the appearance. Other than that it was a great stay.

Amazing hotel! Beautiful inside and out. Complimentary breakfast and evening snacks/drinks. Very clean. Staff was pleasant. Easy walking downtown, very close to Hall of Fame. Would stay again.

Overall it was nice. I’m a fan of the Pittsburgh Drury better. The staff wasn’t as nice here. We arrived one minute past 7pm for the free drinks and were turned away.
