The staff was attentive and friendly. It is a downtown location close to stadiums and Rock and Roll facility and as such can be noisy. there wasn't a lot of choices within walking distance for food but many a short Uber ride away. I thought it was a good value for the money. I would not walk the area at night but we had no reason to. The hotel felt secure.

Courteous and efficient check-in. Love the 24-hour tea & coffee station. Buffet breakfast had a nice selection and especially loved the waffles! Room was very clean and comfortable. Convenient parking garage around the corner. Will definitely stay again

A little disappointed...
Unfortunately, we were not able to check in until after 6pm. Not sure of the exact reason, but it seemed to be a communication issue between housekeeping and the front desk. The room was clean, spacious and perfect for my family. Another issue was many flies around the coffee bar and breakfast area, which caused me to get breakfast across the street. The location is close to the waterfront, which was great, but I could only find one restaurant open withing walking distance after 7pm on a Sunday.

Don’t use parking service. Park in the garage around the corner at 777 Rockwell. It’s half the price ! The “bums” outside the hotel are a nuisance. The property was clean and the staff were excellent. The breakfast was a nightmare but… it was a weekend and the hotel was full. Early bird gets a more relaxed breakfast !

It was our first time in Cleveland. The hotel was everything we needed. The complimentary breakfast was good in the morning! Parking was a little rough, but overall a good stay!

Very Noisy! There as constant noise and chatter in the hallway throughout the day and night that could be heard clearly in the room making it impossible to get any work done. Chatter was from both other guests and hotel staff There was also a lot of street noise including the church bells that ring every 15-30min, sirens, and vehicles with loud music. It doesn’t seem there is any sound proofing in this building as all the noise (from inside and outside) was heard so clearly in the room.
