They couldn't check us in at 8 pm. They said their system was down and had no back up plan. The whole lobby was full of people wanting to check in. They told us to find another hotel far away due to the outtage. The other hotels in the area were unaffected however. Staff was not friendly or professional. Very disappointed after choosing the hotel due to the reviews.

Everything at this hotel was great! 1st was the front desk. The guy that checked us in was very friendly and professional. Gave us all of the information that we needed. Hotel was very clean & comfortable! Perfect distance from MGM Northfield Park. I’d definitely book here again!!!!

The hotel is less than 7 years old and so is still pretty new and not run-down. So it is a good value for what you pay. I will be coming back here next time I am in town.
