Excellent Hilton Experience! The lake view room is perfect to take in Cleveland and Lake Erie. The entire hotel was decorated immensely and beautifully for the holidays! The Hilton staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was immaculate and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The hotel was generous in letting us in a bit early to decorate the room for a birthday.

Property in general was very good from valet parking people to check in and all staff. Restaurant Bernham food was not good. Both of our meals were bad. Waiter did all he could to make experience good but nothing he could to do to cover up bad food.
