Aziz at Valet and the bell service were top notch. Front desk made everything easy. The room was perfect, and very clean. We had a wonderful dinner on-site. Never been to Cleveland, but now we want to come back and stay with you again.

Loved everything except 1 issue. The womens bathroom by the restaurant was not very clean and was out of toilet paper twice during our weekend stay. The rooms was great but a nice hotel needs to do better.

I came to this beautiful place visiting from Chicago an we arrived early. We to check in the front staff told us we was too early to check in. We understood being it was 11 the morning.So he said we will put your number in the computer and text you when your room is ready. Great we still understood, came back after meeting up with family at 2:00 pm like hey is it possible we can pay extra for early check in. The lady was nice an explain our room looks to almost be ready we will text you when it is. Cool no problem we waited outside on our car. 3pm rolls around still no text so we proceed to go back in for them to tell us “oh your room been ready” not a text or anything from them. We get our key an wasn’t told how to get to the elevator or what floor we would be staying on after another GUEST ask if we were lost an helping us find the elevator we finally made it to our room

Location, staff, facilities all excellent. Not overly moved by their dining facilities so at out. Would definitely recommend the hotel though. You can see the Cleveland Browns Stadium from the hotel and The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Progressive Field, home of the Cleveland Guardians are all within walking distance.
