This property is much more expensive then many others. At 10 pm i had to wait over 23 minutes to find someone to check me in. This hotel is near a major hospital and i was there for my husband to have an emergency kidney transplant. I was exhausted and all i wanted was to get the 7 hours of sleep i could after driving to get there. Waiting was unavceptable. And no one seems to care.

Convenient to get to Cleveland Clinic. I feel the room price was way too high. $217 x 2 nights. The room was nothing special and we heard every door open and close. Didn’t get much sleep first night which really affects me negatively. I had to be on a wheelchair the first day due to lack of sleep. I cannot believe it! A wheelchair really!? We are on a fixed income, traveled from Michigan. I was very sick. It was like we had not much other choices due to the fact that we walked. Did not like that we have to pay $25 a day for having the staff park our car on the property. We went to sleep and was awakened at midnight from the alarm on the clock radio. The breakfast bar was surprisingly bland. Way overpriced @ $15.99 each. These prices are CRAZZZY HIGH!

The bathroom entrance jamb was missing a piece of tile and trim. The door jamb into to the room was damaged so the door had to be slammed hard to close. Staff at the front desk where friendly and helpful along with the restaurant staff.

Awsome stay. We came from New York traveling for a football game. We love to tailgate and had a grill in the bed of our pick up truck. The vallet was absolutely incredible and so nice they parked our truck right out front so they can keep an eye on it ! Check in was easy everyone was super nice. Would absolutely stay here again !!
