This property is much more expensive then many others. At 10 pm i had to wait over 23 minutes to find someone to check me in. This hotel is near a major hospital and i was there for my husband to have an emergency kidney transplant. I was exhausted and all i wanted was to get the 7 hours of sleep i could after driving to get there. Waiting was unavceptable. And no one seems to care.

We had an ok stay. We checked in around 4:30 and our room was not ready. We decided to go into the restaurant and have a drink and some food. Around 5:15 I checked on our room. The man who completed our check in was not very nice in fact rude. We were headed to a concert downtown and we had 15 minutes to change clothes and connect with our Uber. I spent over $800 for 2 rooms for one night and I felt slighted. By the man who checked me in.

It was clean and beds comfortable and safe feeling. The onsite dining options were top notch. Valet was great fir parking. Wheelchair friendly. Fantastic employees there. We needed a bath tub stop or plug, they provided or fixed that within minutes. I would stay again. Well run hotel.
