Bed too elevated
For elderly people the beds are way too high. Couldn’t get up on the bed. Poor heating system. It was very cold in the room. No one instructed me how to use the electronic key.

Wonderful. Donnie the night manager was so helpful and I didn’t get her name but the little Asian woman who was the breakfast attendant was a doll. But the best thing for me was the pool. I’m a swimmer and I stayed two extra nights just so I could use the pool.

This Manager Deserves a Raise!
The manager went above and beyond for every guest. First, for us when we arrive sharing some treats he had for his staff. So as not to leave us out, he gave us some without hesitation because we were at the desk, checking in. Smile on his face every moment, including the next morning when he was working in the breakfast area, keeping everything stocked and asking everyone if they needed something they didn’t see.
