This property was listed as having queen sized beds which are actually full sized. The sound insulation is the worst that I have ever experienced in a hotel. We could hear every sound from the hallway and neighboring rooms all night long. Do not recommend staying here!

The bathroom was small. The room I booked showed a walk in shower and that’s not what I got and the breakfast was a disappointment too. But the staff was super nice and friendly!!

Better clean the room floor
Room not cleaned daily, floor felt gross, rooms need a deep clean, walking around in socks your socks became dirty, lobby smelled like marijuana constantly. Breakfast horrible options, would not stay here again.

Property was clean but the lobby smelled like weed and the people staying next to us partied and ran up and down the halls all night getting ice but the abnormally loud ice machine. Fun times as I sat awake all night from the noise

Room was clean but you have to request items that aren’t in the room - hair dryer, coffee maker, dishes etc. when I checked in I was told that they were out of key cards for the two rooms booked so the person at front desk would have to let us in every time we would need to leave the room - very inconvenient. Breakfast to go was basic but good enough. Staff are friendly!

Not only was the pool broken and nobody stated that is not stated on the website or anything so I booked this hotel for the pool and we couldn’t go swimming. They also say they offer a breakfast. The only thing they offer is muffins they don’t even offer drinks so they lie when they say there’s a complementary breakfast involved because that wasn’t true either I asked for help because the air conditioner was stuck on and she never came. It was honestly horrible. I will never go back. The beds are so uncomfortable.

Property had absolutely no keys for guest to access their rooms. Extended wait times to get staff to let us into our rooms. Staff member was rude & told us to book another hotel. Very bad experience
