âœč For the comfort of all present and future guests, smoking and large gatherings or parties are not permitted inside the house. (if you break this rule, you will be asked to leave by the landlord).

âœč Moving or rearranging furniture within the property is strictly prohibited. Our team has carefully designed the layout for optimal functionality and aesthetics. This rule is in place to maintain the property’s condition and to prevent potential damage.

âœč Check-in is at 4 pm onwards and check-out time is at 10 am. Late check-outs will incur a fee of $65 per hour. After 2 hours, the rate increases to $130 per hour.

âœč This property is pet-friendly. A non-refundable pet fee of $99 per pet, per stay, applies, with a maximum of two pets allowed. Only pets weighing 30 pounds or less are permitted.

âœč Damage to the property will incur the following charges:

Huge, stunning loft apt in downtown Cleveland
We absolutely loved our 3 night stay at this loft in Cleveland. It was huge, beautifully decorated, so clean and comfortable. The building is on a pedestrian street so when you walk out our door you are literally surrounded by restaurants/bars and can walk around downtown easily. Super close to Progressive Field (Guardians) and Rocket Stadium (Cavaliers). Such great communication with the owner and his team. We had a user error getting in, and a helpful woman was just a call/text away with instant help.Few things...You can't park in front so keep that in mind when you find parking, that you have to walk your luggage a bit.There is a bar on the 1st floor and even being on the 3rd floor, you can definitely hear the music in the living room, but it's not bad at all and doesn't go late. In the bedrooms you don't hear any street noise at all. We liked the vibe. :) Overall this place is 5-star for everything. A really great place to stay.

Great Location and Comfortable Stay
This unit is perfect for a stay in the heart of Cleveland. It is located on pedestrian-only 4th Street right in the middle of ample dining, nightlife and cultural options. It is steps from the House of Blues. And it is walking distance to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the stadiums where the Cavaliers, Browns and Guardians play. The accommodations are super nice and the host is responsive. My wife and and I will definitely stay here again.

Weekend getaway / Rock and Roll Hall of Fame
Beautiful Loft in a perfect section of town. 4th street has great restaurants and close to everything including parking across street (albeit a little expensive but worth it in garage). Place was clean and some great games if with kids. Our master bedroom tub did not drain perfectly but that is an easy fix. I would highly recommend and would stay again.

Gorgeous loft with all the amenities you could need! Everything was stocked, beds extremely comfortable! Very clean and looks brand new. Owner attentive to any questions. In the heart of a thriving downtown. We'll definitely stay here again.

Fun place - Great Host
Very very responsive host, no worries at all with communication in advance or during stay. Place has fun games inside, great sleeping area in the two main bedrooms with larger beds. Kitchen is very useful, has a place to dine if that is your thing. Very close to bar/music/restaurant activity ( actually pop out your door and you are in the scene)
