Relax by the Poolside, Enjoying a Morning Cup of Coffee or Perhaps Evening Cocktail. Explore this Lovely One-of-a-Kind Country Setting and All that it has to Offer. Explore and Enjoy the Pond, Cozy Firepit, Wooded Hiking Trails Adjacent to the West Branch of the Cuyahoga River. Interact with the Horses in our High-End Fully Paneled Stables. We have Two (2) Spotted National Show Horses Fame Color me Diamond & Lady Margaruite of Monaco, One (1) Black Full-Blooded Arabian Pharaoh or our Cute Little Shetland Pony Sultan. The Quaint Interior of this One Floor Single Story Western Decor Themed Property is Outfitted with Well-Coordinated Fixtures and Furnishings. As You Enter the Guesthouse from the Back Elevation of the Building you Walk into the Mudroom Laundry Area. The Mudroom/Laundry has a State-of-the-Art Front Load Washer and Dryer. There is also a laundry Sink Basin in this Area. A Small Transition Hallway Connects Guests to a Full Bath and Well Outfitted Kitchen. From the Kitchen Guests Enter into a Large Dining Room/Living Room Area. This Space is Ideal for Entertaining/Casual Meal Playing Board Games or Relaxing Watching a Movie or Television Series. Adjacent to the Dining Area is the Entrance to the Master Bedroom the Western Style Bedding on the Comfy Queen Bed and Surrounding Furnishings are Warm and Inviting. The Master Bedroom has a Private Entrance into the Bathroom which is a Full Bath also Done in a Chic Western Theme. The Second Bedroom Houses Two (2) Twin Beds with New Hotel Style Quality Mattresses. This Bedroom is Well Coordinated in a Western Theme Much in Line with the Balance of the Interior.

Great getaway for outdoors and urban adventure

The property was beautiful and easy to find with the accommodations being exactly what we were looking for in a quick getaway. We happened to meet the hosts the first day and everyone loved getting to meet the horses (what a treat). The lodging was perfect and well stocked. Location was great for us, close to trails, some shopping, and a quick drive to spend the day in Cleveland too. Would definitely go back and stay again!

Beautiful!!!

This property is just beautiful. Very cozy cabin great for just 2, and would work lovely for a small family. The furnishings and decor are impeccable. Comfortable beds. The surroundings were everything we wanted…. We got snow. I loved watching the birds at the feeders. It was quiet and peaceful. Would totally recommend to any couple wanting some downtime and quiet. Easily accessible to groceries and restaurants in Strongsville.. We absolutely loved our time there!

Cute and cozy getaway

The location was perfect for our stay. We traveled to the Cleveland Clinic with ease and the guest house was a nice getaway. Quiet and cozy. Away from the city and a short drive to everything needed/ wanted while we were in the area. The hosts are wonderful and recommended places to eat in the area. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Beautiful property and Friendly Hosts

The place we stayed was clean, comfortable, and private. Owners was very friendly, gave us some great recommendations, allowed us to walk the property, and feed his horses. They provided carrots for the horses, wood for the firepit, and a s'more tray to make s'mores. The property has 2 other rentals, and has some hiking trails. Highly recommend, and would stay again, if we return to the area.

Perfect Getaway

This was one of those properties that the host put lots of effort into making charming. The property was vast and beautiful. The house was very well stocked and clean! I loved the furnishings and attention to detail. They designed with quality in mind. The hosts were accommodating and flexible when we had to change some things with our reservations. Perfect Getaway

Mark and Susan have an amazing property, and it was exactly what we were looking for. We made friends with the cats, the horses, and the ponies. Mark and Susan were very friendly and accommodating, complete with s'mores snacks for the fire.

Cuyahoga getaway

We only had 2 nights here but everyone in my family wished we could have stayed longer. The guest house was beautiful! The house was perfectly themed for a horse farm. My kids loved every detail. Susan and Mark were the best hosts we have ever experienced. We were able to enjoy every part of their property - the trails, the pool, the fire pit, the horses, it was all so wonderful. Mark took us for a ride along the trails and taught us about the property. He built us a bonfire and gave us everything to make s'mores. We were able to hike a few trails in Cuyahoga Valley National Park because it was so close but the kids just wanted to go back and enjoy the house! If we ever come back through Ohio, this will be the property we choose to stay at. Thank you for such a fantastic vacation!

Great stay!

My husband and I just wanted to get away with our granddaughters for a few days. We chose this place because of the access to the animals and the pool and were not disappointed! Susan and Mark could not have been more welcoming and helpful. They let us use the golf cart and Mark even brought us some delicious Handel’s ice cream! The girls loved feeding the horses and barn cats and we spent several hours in the pool. The grounds are very well cared for. We would love to come back!

Lovely

Spent the weekend here with my 94 year old grandmother. The house was good. Needs a little paint and decor update but very comfy. The host made this trip for us… he took us all around the property on the golf cart since my grandmother could not walk it. The grounds are so pretty and this just made our day! Highly recommend any of their homes on this lovely farm!

Hinkley Horsefarm

We had a last minute change of plans (we’re melting!) and decided to head to Cleveland for some Ray’s MTB Park action. Susan and her family were gracious and accommodating hosts. It was a little challenging to get the temperature evened out in the place, but all of the amenities we needed for 4 were readily available, and we were OK making the kitchen, bathroom and entryway relatively hot to keep the bedrooms and living room at a livable temperature. The outside area was great. Close to Cleveland but not in the city was what we were looking for and this place fit the bill. There were trails on the property that we didn’t even get to check out because we were minutes from Whipp’s Ledges and the Cuyahoga Valley Natural Recreation Area as well, and we only stayed two nights. We’ll almost certainly visit again when we are in the area and probably try out one of the other two air bnb’s on the property: the cabin or the farmhouse. Thanks for the hospitality!
