The price is good for that area, but the rooms are pretty old, there’s are the smell and dirty floors
The person at the front desk was very rude and short the room didn’t have a television, remote nor trashcan. The television was hanging off the wall like it was gonna fall down. The walls were filthy. I sure wish I could get my $45.55.perks back.
This property needs some major update and attention. Rooms were not properly cleaned and the floors needed to be mopped. The televisions did not work nor the remotes without battery covers. No blanket on one bed. Moved to a second room that was just as bad. Several guests came to complain while i was at the desk. The attendants were professional. The facility looks like it may be closed. Dead bolt locks were broken off the doors. Looks like an infested area for traveling addicts.
My linen was very dirty, the shower curtains inside and out was dirty. The tub had hair in it, the shower didn't have a shower head. The bathroom sink wasn't clean and when I walked in the room it smelled like cold pee!!!! There also was no TV, coffee maker or iron in the room. Absolute worst hotel experience I've ever had. The concierge from my check in stated that the only problem the room had was no TV. BOY was she WRONG!! She also mentioned that they had no housekeepers. I'm the morning the housekeeper knocked on my door, I told her I'd be leaving soon, she still tried to enter my room anyways. I felt unsafe. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WILL NOT BE BACK!!

Bad check in. Overall ok.
Check in 3pm. We arrived at 3:20pm and there was no rooms available. We had to wait till 3:45-4pm before we could get in a room. Leaving is only 30min to shower and get ready as we were attending a concert.
The Murder Inn! After a grueling 400-mile journey to visit Ohio State and Pittsburgh universities with my daughter, we were eager to finally get some rest. The online photos of this place made it look pristine and inviting, but in reality, it was a nightmare. The place was rundown and chaotic, with stink bugs in the room, leftover KFC containers still in the fridge, and black mold creeping around the air vents. The walls looked like they hadn’t seen a coat of paint since 1985, and I couldn’t help but wonder what horrors might be lurking in the bed.
The only solution for this place is a bulldozer. To make matters worse, the staff consisted of overwhelmed 17- and 18-year-old girls, who clearly weren’t equipped to handle the disaster. I felt bad for them—this mess was clearly the result of a manager cutting corners by hiring inexperienced college students instead of a competent staff. Avoid this place at all costs.
we requested a bottom floor because we were traveling with a dog, had to take 2nd floor. Room looked like it was under construction i.e. bathroom mirror just setting on counter, a hole in wall that had a tissue hanging out of it, by door some spots on wall that I don't know what they were. No tissues or cups. Tried to add puctures would not let me:(
This property was absolutely the worst property i have ever visited. The room was filthy with a footprint on the wall, mold all over the bathroom, the cove base was coming off the wall, and the airconditioner was so dirty we couldnt read the on/off or temp. The room smelled horrendous, like mold.
Never again. No stars was not an option or that would ha e been my answer.

Really old. Not sure why there was a urinal tablet in the sink…..
Convenient off highway. Staff very nice
Only one towel in room, no actual duvet in cover, lacking toilet paper, and broken curtains when checked in. Cops arrested and forcefully removed people in nearby room. Lots of people in parking lot smoking and loitering. Overall felt very unsafe.
Never again!!! The floor in the room was never clean. Dirt and debris from the floor ended up in the bed when I got in it. Walls dirty full of holes and the shower head put more water on the wall then out the head. Entry door threshold was place in the middle of the bathroom door way. Bed only had a sheet and topper. No comforter or blanket. Point blank the hotel went down hill big time.
It probably is normally quiet but we stayed there at the time of the motorcycle convention. It was loud, really loud but that's what to expect with motorcycles and their riders.
I did have a slight problem with the Spanish lady that cleans the rooms. She had an attitude because I asked her to change our linen and mop the floor. She said she don't speak English.
I pointed at the bed so she clearly understood what I meant. I did what Jesus would do. I showed kindness anyway and I tipped her.
Other than that the front desk employees was great. They helped in every way that they could.
