After a long trip,we could not park our car at admission due to two vehicles blocking the semicircle entrance. The entrance should have been cleared for access. We were three adults . The couch in the suite was really small for three adults . The third adult had to sit on the most uncomfortable single use chairs . The heating system was questionable . Why? cold air was released from the upper vents and the room was 68 degrees. Breakfast was fine . Wish it was earlier so we could depart earlier,even a half hour woukd help .

I was excited about the pool and Jacuzzi, but they are both outside, and was closed. All of our doors were difficult to open and close. The food in the morning was delicious, but the coffee was bad and the milk was expired. The people we met there were the best part.

My husband and I just wanted to get a nearby room for a little escape, which we do often. We really really loved this hotel! It had everything we needed and it was clean. The staff was helpful. We can’t wait to come back - it will be soon!

Very nice suites for our family with grown children and elderly grandparents who can all have privacy. Location is convenient to turnpike, and a lot more for less cost than any location in Cleveland.
