Property is older with a bit of modernity. My room wasn’t the cleanest. There was a dirty handprint on the wall by the closet, residue caked on the kitchen appliances and stains on the sofa. Lightening was dim and the tub and toilet sits very low, even for me and I’m not with any mobility issues. There was a scratch on my husband’s truck that only could’ve happened with the valet because we walked to the arena and restaurants and after we left we drove straight home. We just decided it would be our words against theirs since we didn’t check our vehicle before leaving the premises. I wouldn’t return and if I really had to, I sure wouldn’t valet with them.

New years 2025

Room was big with a kitchen. Had all amenities you could think of but no coffee pot. Bathroom had hair in shower and on the shower head. Staff was really nice. Dislike the website says parking is $39 but when you arrive it’s $42. We were told parking was $12 across the street from the hotel but that turned out to be untrue we paid $34 upon leaving although posted signs say otherwise.

Paying $42 for parking i thought was a little high. Also most the outlets in our room were faulty and our shower door had issues opening and closing. Breakfast was alright, but they do need to have more waffle makers available. There was always a long line to make waffles. With that kind of cost you would think most of that would be taking care of. Staff was super nice and helpful though.

Great location and friendly staff at this property. Walking distance to just about everything Cleveland has to offer. The hotel rooms need refreshed/renovated but otherwise it’s a convenient location.

Great property friendly service

Service was wonderful! All staff we encountered were friendly And helpful. The hotel was very clean. Shower was as great (great water pressure) Room spacious. My only complaint is the bed was very uncomfortable. The bed was very hard and the pillows way too soft. My husband likes a firmer bed and even he said the bed was uncomfortable. The location is in beatable walkable to restaurants and bars and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

View of rooftops was terrible

Windows in the room faced other rooms with run down rooftops right outside the windows. 1 window was partially blocked by ventilation structure. Very disappointed in this Marriott property. Rooms are very dated.

We had a very positive experience at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The breakfast was really good with so many choices. The location was also excellent, with many attractions within walking distance. However, I found the prices for snacks inside the hotel to be quite steep. For example, a small bag of chips and a chocolate bar cost me $11.
