So, when checking in, we arrived to find our place had not been cleaned… cigarette ash, , hair and dirt in the bed with folded up sheets, sanitary napkins in waste bin, trash, and a dish in the sink. Reaching out to the person was hard at first. They relocated us to a different room in the complex after about 30 min which then we had to lug all of our stuff that we already dragged around and lugged into the building to a completely other area in the hotel. The place was beautiful overall but the experience was exhausting and disappointing.
