For starters I don’t smoke and everything was fine until in the middle of the night I smelt cigarette smoke then thought nothing of it. Later find out that I was charged the deposit fee because they thought I was smoking and when I called to challenge the charge I kept on being told the manager was not in. It’s been over a week since I left my information to receive a call back and never received one.

Hotel is a bit dated, carpeting needs replacement in several places, especially in the elevator. Room was spacious, and ok, bed was comfortable Very convenient with bar/bistro attached with the hotel, and other choices to eat within walking distance.

Not very clean or in good shape
There were gaps in the ceiling and wall as well as two panels over electrical stuff that were not secured at all. There was a nasty handprint on the bathroom door. On the other hand, the room was quiet. The food from the bar and service there was good.

Spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Good location just off major roads. On site parking. Nearby eating options. We booked a King room for 2 people, but it was almost like the room was prepared for a solo traveler. Only one mug for the coffee machine & one glass for other drinks, 3 pillows & 3 towels. Just a quick stopover for us on a Roadtrip, so not a major issue, just seemed odd. Minimal information at check in & no information pack in the room.

The staff acted snooty towards me at check in & when I needed a new key, accidentally leaving mine in room 2xs. I tend to do that BUT no clue why it seems problematic to replace at MANY cheaper spots! Tune changed at checkout since I told them about-missing smoke detector with a tea bag jammed in it , big code violation! I wasnt complaing just trying to help with info & saved them a fine. Decided not to stay overnight due to beds being lumpy, unsupportive, & had deffinate odor! TIME TO REPLACE! Only 3 flat, cheap pillows for a king-size. Room needed a good dusting, curtians especially! Carpet needed a shampoo, reaked of dog & philly blunts, *was room 420 though, LoL! -blunt smell to be expected, I guess! Extremely DISSATIFIED! Tv was not working properly~ terrible lines through it maybe hit by something, room had signs of an altercation, lamps were bent and wonky. Towels were scratchy, stained ,cheap,& only provided 2sets. EXpected more being advertised as ☆ room with jetted tub. ~ FYI-* jetted tub- does not mean hottub in bedroom* MISLEADING on the HOTELS.COM APP& SITE!! TUB HOWEVER, In contrast to rest of room, Jetted tub was super clean, seemed sanitized and worked. Walk in shower, was NOT! Reaked terrieble & had mildew all around the tiled base *BRING SHOWER SHOES* , also handle was a loose. Curtains needed a good dusting & wash. Windows were filthy with figer prints. Didnt have breakfast AS CHECKED OUT THAT NIGHT/EARLY NEXT DAY.

I recently stayed at Park Manor Hotel on October 10th, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Here are the key issues I encountered: 1.Elevator not working: During my stay, the elevator was out of order. This was a significant inconvenience, especially as I was traveling with a newborn. Without the elevator, I had to carry my baby outside in cold weather, which was uncomfortable and unsafe. 2. Unclean bed sheet: Upon arrival, I found the bed sheet in my room to be unclean. This forced me to request a room change, which was both time-consuming and disappointing given the hotel's reputation. 3. Door left wide open: When I arrived at my new room, I discovered the door was left wide open. This was extremely concerning and made me feel unsafe. Given these issues, I hope the hotel management reviews my reservation and considers appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused. I chose Park Manor Hotel based on its reputation for quality and service, but these experiences were highly disappointing.

Not bad. The room itself was ok. Common areas need improvement. They are doing open laundry of all linens in the hallway. Looks like run by East Indians. Surrounding area was safe and well lit. There were enough EV charging stations available.

I want a REFUND! The WORST HOTEL EVER!
There was no heat in the room so we had to switch rooms and the new room, the bedding was dirty, pubic hair on the sheets, and the card key didn’t work so we had to go back downstairs several times. It was midnight by the time we got ourselves and our six month baby to bed and All night long they were doors banging and slamming and music playing and people partying and we got absolutely no sleep the worst hotel ever !
