The staff was just super nice, we had car problems and tow truck would not get there for an hour and 30 minutes, they let us stay in the hotel lobby to wait for the tow truck driver. When I go back to visit my son I would definitely stay there.

Staff was friendly. The parking is not great at all. Definitely enough space for the size of the hotel. Everything was still in good condition. One of the beds in my double bed room had not so clean sheets. I just checked the other bed and stayed the night in it.

The stay was good. We were visiting the area so we really just stayed to sleep. The water pipe broke and water was out when we first arrive but the manager was very kimd and as accommodating as possible. We decided to stay anyway and they had a team working on it and they got the water back on before we were asleep.

Super clean and comfy beds!! Breakfast bar severely lacking. This morning we were pretty sure we were served yesterday’s breakfast bar’s leftover ham. Extremely hard and dried out. This hotel has no parking lot. 4 spaces for cars, and then you’re asked to park across the street. We were told it used it be the parking lot for the failed conference center. Someone decided to build a hotel. Don’t count on the restaurant (closed in February) or spa. We’ll be looking elsewhere the next time ….

The breakfast staff are amazing. Ana was very patient when my card declined bc of fraudulent activity on my account. After several minutes I thought of another way to pay. Very embarrassing for me but Ana handled it in such a professional manner.
