Just off Highway 56, the property is only 1.4 miles from Presbyterian College and 2 miles from downtown Clinton. Also, only 12 miles from Battle of Musgrove Mill State Historic Site and 21 miles from Rose Hill Plantation for the history buffs. *There is cattle on the property. Property was secluded but close to the college and town. Pictures accurately depict property. It was clean and communication with owner was easy. Pool table was an added bonus for our family trip to see a football game at the local college.
