Shower stall had a hole in it , the toilet lid was missing one of the knobs and unlevel , the comforter had cigarette burns in it , the widow didn’t lock the screen was cut and unsafe , compared to our last trip this was awful visit, we were in room 113 on first floor on back side all kinds of boards and a hot water heater laying in the yard was not worth the 74.00 or what ever I paid to stay did t feel safe .

Hotel meets all your basic needs and you can't beat the price. Hotel and front desk staff were very friendly. Would stay again.

Avoid if at all possible. We unfortunately had no choice because all of the hotels were booked. Building is totally outdated, common areas are dirty, and the room itself not much better. Staff was less than helpful when there was an issue in our room. The outside is trashy with unusual suspects hanging around. Very unhappy with this property.

Staff was friendly enough, but the hotel is very outdated and definitely not worth the $95 we were charged. This hotel is very basic, which we knew going into it, but it should be more like $65. Definitely over priced.

Staff was fine. I was given a mostly used shampoo bottle to use. When I asked staff for a new one, they were out. The floor, tub and shower liner were brown and gross. Would not stay here again.

Very dirty. Our feet were black on the soles from walking in our room. Breakfast was a joke. Very sparse. There were blood stains on the curtains and cigarette burn holes in the comforter. Pillows were recycled from the 1900s.

It was an inexpensive stay to sleep over night. If you are a clean freak, do not stay. Breakfast cereal was very stale. Waffle watered down and juice machine inoperative. Judging by the age of the sign, they never intend on fixing it. Very Comfortable bed- and a/c was amazing!

Personality of clerk was non existant. Checked in no smile did not really seem to care if we were there or not. Power went out at 7:30 am came back on at 8:30. Breakfast was a dirty waffle machine, orange and apple juice machine and a coffee concentrate machine. Rang buzzer to checkout. Same clerk came out in pajamas to take our keys. Same personality as last night. Hotel had very, very musty smell.

They advertised a pool and this pool was closed with a cover on it, I could not swim. The bathtub only had 1 grab bar on it, I almost fell.

Dingy room
The room had a musty and damp smell. There was trash & cigarette butts around and between nightstands & bed. The bathroom smelled like piss. The upper lock on the door was missing. Every morning (3 night stay) the room key didn’t work & had to be reprogrammed. Asking for an extra bath towel was met with questioning why I’d like an extra towel & i need to trade one from the room to get it.
