Great unit in a great location
This is a sweet two bedroom unit in a prime location in Cloverdale. It's got a fully stocked kitchen and a comfortable living room. It's around the corner from a great coffee shop (Plank) and a couple blocks from an excellent brewpub (Wolf House). Lindsey was super accommodating in allowing us into the unit early so we could leisurely dress for a 4 o'clock wedding at Mountain House Estate.

An entire flat to ourselves!
The rental was quietly located, but walking distance to the downtown restaurants and groceries. This was a great place to start exploring from. We loved having the windows open without fear of traffic noises. Access was personal and convenient, though may not be suited to some disabilities, being on the second floor. The entire flat was clean and well kept. Amenities were well stocked and accessible. Hot weather may make it harder to cool if the thermometer hits triple digits. Off season would be ideal.

This place was adorable. Lindsey had great communication and even left a bottle of wine for us to enjoy. The property is centrally located to shops and restaurants in this seemingly safe little town. We were even able to get some laundry done with the provided detergent. The beds were extremely comfortable. Only caution I would share is to make sure you park under the awning because the tree at the end will drop sap all over vehicle. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Happy Weekend Getaway
This was the cozy well located apartment that we were looking for as a one night stay for a getaway weekend. There is plenty of room, more than the 2 of us needed but we were happy for it. This is a good place to stay and kid-friendly. Cloverdale is a sweet, safe, clean, walkable town, and the flat is located in a quiet area right in town. We all slept really well! Everything was well-maintained, and communication was excellent.
