The staff who checked me were excellent. The hotel is well appointed with what needed for business travel. (The only change I would make is reducing the light coming out of the theremostat LED as it lightens the room at night, making it hard to sleep.)

Awesome! The front desk gentleman was very nice and professional. The room was spotless and the bed was super comfortable. Very clean bathroom and room. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Cluj.

This is a really nice hotel, likely the best in Vkuj at the moment. Had two great restaurants and the staff are fantastic and very helpful. When I hosted there was a sports festival on at the nearby stadium which closed the roads around the hotel so this was a slight pain as there was no way to park but this shouldn’t deter act a and the staff helped by carrying my bags quite a way to where I’d had to park so many thanks for this extra mile.

I returned to Radisson Cluj with pleasure, but I noticed an unexpected change since my first visit: the Porsche-branded electric charging stations are now restricted exclusively for this brand. To charge another type of electric vehicle, I had to use my own cable and pay an additional fee, on top of the parking fee. I believe this policy is not in the best interest of the customers and I hope you will reconsider this decision, especially since there were no Porsche events hosted during my stay. Tke, .Robert

Very nice and clean. I stayed in room 810 and the room was small. Bathroom was very small. So small that you can not enter bathroom without the shower door to be open.
