It's a zero star or -5,
We brought a lot of groceries and drove to this place for one week per booking. We couldn't get in because there was no key code was emailed to us, so I called the owner. He had no idea who we were and why we were there and wanted us to wait for him to find out. When we were waiting in the parking lot outside the house, I knocked the door for no answer so I went to the back yard and looked at the house through the window and shockingly to see emptied beer bottles and garbage on the table and floor. I opened the sliding door that was not locked, yelling hello and hello. A lady came out of a room upstairs and she said rented the place for an unknown period. We were devastated because we had no place to stay, and it's getting
dark. I called VRBO but always got the same waiting time 15 minutes
so I gave up. This is the worst nightmare we are worried about with VRBO. We have seen the horrible stories on TV and now it's happening to us for real. Finally, the owner called me back and said the place was double rented.
