I checked in late on first day evening and found microwave not working. Reported early next morning to front desk before leaving for and returned around 6 PM. Microwave was not fixed. Want to front desk and felt front desk person didn’t care and gave attitude and gave me manager’s card. I called manager multiple times but manager didn’t pick up phone so left messages. Asked front desk person to give me working microwave but she denied and gave another room which was not clean and I had to transfer all my stuff to a new room. Noticed another room microwave had things left by prior guest and it was not clean. Tried to call using phone from new room to tell about new room including microwave is not clean but phone was not working. Walked to from desk and got attitude again “check out if you don’t like”. It was dark and I was tired from work and no energy to find new place to stay and there may not be vacancies around so I asked to give me a clean microwave and front desk gave attitude again. Called manager again and didn’t pickup phone and didn’t call back even previously left messages multiple time. CONCLUSION - NOT A GOOD PLACE TO STAY.
