The attitude of the lady manager of the 2nd shift was not so good. She doesn´t understand the meaning of try ALWAYS to please the guests as much as you can and make them feel comfortable. Especially if they buy 12 nights in a hotel, especially if they are older adults and especially if they want or ask for things that do not affect the hotel. It is incredible to keep discusing with this lady at 9 PM if I can get 2 empty glasses per room (That is 8 rooms) answering that if each one of the 4 major adults has to go to the front desk to request for their 2 emty glasses because the rules of the hotel is not to put glasses in the room. Never had the possibility to use the empty (not in use) dining room because those are the rules. RIDICULOUS. I love the hotel and the breakfast but I will not recomend this hotel to my friends. Water temperature in the shower is impossible to get unless you know the code to get it.
