Cuando nos entregaron nuestra habitacion estaba encharcada. Tardaron en limpiarla y aparte la television no tenia señal y el wifi no servia. El wifi lo arreglaron despues de 2 horas y la television nunca quedo. Descubrimos tambien que olvidaron dejarnos toallas. El hotel esta bien pero necesitan mejorar estas cosas.

La atención fue excelente. No me gustaron las instalaciones del baño porque eran muy pequeñas y el agua de la regadera se salía y mojaba todo el piso del baño.
