This was the worst VRBO experience our family has ever encountered. We had 11 members stay at this home. Upon arrival we went to cook dinner and had to rewash dishes because they were dirty. The house was barely cleaned- bugs on all window sills, dust everywhere, a dirty pool with broken toys, a large leak in the garage that made the house smell moldy, mouse poop inside, and a garage full of trash. With only one pot and pan, no coffee maker, and little to no supplies, this house was ill-equipped for a large family to stay. The trash can was already 3/4 full and wasn’t able to be taken by the trash company, so we had no choice but to leave the trash in the garage. She also had no trash bags so we had to use smaller grocery bags. The back door doesn’t lock, so be weary of leaving important items in the house if you leave. There are barely any screens on the windows to allow fresh air in the house. When confronting the host about the issues and a partial refund, we only received excuses and insults from her. We told her we didn’t want to leave a negative review but future guests need to be aware.

Better than we could have imagined!
We were 3 separate families waiting to board a cruise ship. We wish we had arrived earlier to enjoy the home more fully! The main thing we "missed" during researching the property, is that this is really a house, with an ADU! It was amazing! The set up was PERFECT for us! The owner communicated quickly and thoroughly, and although we were coming in during the aftermath clean up of a hurricane, she kept apologizing for the amount of debris, which was no fault of her own. We would definitely choose house again, and plan to stay longer!

Overall great experience- will stay again!
We very much enjoyed our stay on Harbor Circle! From the beginning the host was very communicative and accommodating in answering my questions. The property was in close proximity to multiple things- short walk across the street to the beach, great restaurants nearby, 25 minute drive to Space Coast Stadium, etc. There were a few things that need a small amount of maintenance- the pool needed cleaned, jets in the upstairs bathroom did not work, a few lights didn't work and both washers had issues with error codes (one of which we were able to resolve). The double bunk room requires you to walk through another bedroom to get to which we were not aware of, but it still worked for our teenagers. We also did not realize the pool was not temperature regulated, so it was very warm and rarely used as it was not refreshing (end of July-beginning of August). Overall it was very clean and inviting and comfortable with all the amenities you need, and we would return if in the area again.

Relaxing
Bright Ocean house was very clean, spacious and inviting. The beautiful house is on a corn lot on a cul-de-sac. Our favorite was the nice swimming pool. It’s in a great location to town the beach and not far to Kennedy Space Center. The upstairs suite was a favorite spot for the grandchildren. We will definetly stay there again if we go back, Julie Cowart

The home was very spacious, clean and well-equipped. Just a couple of blocks from the beach with a beach wagon, chairs, and toys provided. The kids enjoyed the pool and pool toys as well.

Location and distance to beach is great. Plenty of room for sleeping. Living room spacious plenty of room for kids to play with toys. Not enough living room seating for our group we used dining room chairs. Loved the amount of bathrooms! Great selection of pool floats. Perfect location for space launches!

Amazing beach getaway
This house was perfect for our family. Lovely pool. Great kitchen. The home had everything we needed. Best part was being able to take our two pups along. Close to downtown Cocoa Beach dining and two blocks from ocean. Highly recommend. Thank you for hosting us.

Beautiful Spot!
My family and I stayed here for a few days and had a lovely time. The house is in a great location and was extremely clean, spacious and beautifully designed. The pool was awesome and had a large fenced in yard for our dogs and young kids. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit the area!

Staycation
So thankful to find last minute availability! This house is Clean and in a great location. Perfect distance away from the crowded tourist areas of Cocoa Beach which we avoid yet quick drive to the best entertainment/dining. Nice quiet street walking distance to the beach. House was larger than expected with large, private in-law suite perfect for additional family. Looking forward to booking again!
