The hotel is dated, which is fine but concerned about the cleaning of the room when socks/ dirty articles of clothes were left behind on the floor by the previous guest. Linens and room seemed clean otherwise. Biggest issue was when we went to shower there was no hot water. When I reported it to the attendant, he said he would have to check the pilot on the water heater. He came to our room and the water seemed to be heating up. In the morning, we went to take showers and the water was ice cold. When checking out we let the woman at the counter know and she seemed disinterested and was not surprised or offer any apology.

The bathroom was dirty when we checked in. Pubic hair and other hair on toilet and bathtub, yuck!

I would not say dirty, but definitely could have been cleaner. The facility needs a facelift. On our last night we saw a cockroach crawling down the wall, let the desk clerk know at check-out. Check-in and out was fast/easy/friendly.

But very nice cruise. Carnival Glory
Close to eating spots. But not as clean as I would have liked carpet in room and hall way needs shampooing bad. And don’t get in any rush at elevator is slow.

First room smelled like cat urine, 2nd smelled of animals and the 3rd, had that underlying dog odor, I would have cancelled but we were up since 4am and were exhausted. Not worth the $100 plus per night charged. Carpets look filthy, place is awful.

I liked the location and availability of food options nearby. My hotel room had roaches, what looked like blood in the carpet, smelled like marijuana, and the toilet had issues flushing properly.

We just needed an overnight stay before a cruise. This hotel is perfect for that. Mya helped to check us in as soon as a room became available. The hotel was clean, the room was spacious and comfortable. Several fast food restaurants within a short walking distance of the hotel. Cruise terminal was about 15 to 20 minutes away. Definitely would stay here again.

I was shocked that there was black mold in the bathroom. Bedding looked old. All rooms needs to be updated. We were there for 3 days before our cruise room never got cleaned. Staff was pleasant and helpful.
