I was told there was a pool, front desk clerk said “there’s NO POOL” Next day, the new clerk said we could’ve used the sister hotel pool. That was not nice of the First front desk. Shame, shame, shame.

Decent place to stay

The property was nice. The staff was very friendly. The wallpaper was peeling off in the bathroom and the main light didn't work. The bed mattress was shaped like a taco, high on the edges and low in the middle. Not a bad place to stay, but the mattress was uncomfortable.

This place is NOT recommended. Cleanliness was an issue, old mattress, holes in the drapes, about a half inch of dust on the fan in bathroom, the grout was really bad, toilet clogged up & no staff to unclogg until 9:00 am but they did have a plunger so I ended up unclogging the toilet. This is a rundown dump. The only thing they had going for them was the location. One block from the beach & restaurants all within walking distance. Thank goodness because this place offered nothing. The phones in the room didn’t even work. You had to go down to the main desk for assistance or a plunger, at least they had that! It was also very noisy. You could hear the water running through the pipes when others flushed their toilet or took a shower.

Oldie but goodie

The hotel is located in a nice area close to the beach and restaurants. We were close to Kennedy Space Center and were able to walk a short distance to restaurants and dinner. The hotel was clean but out dated. There were no USB ports in rooms and cabinets and furniture were older. With that said, we would return. We don’t spend a lot of time in the room or on premises so for us, it was fine and the price reasonable.

Very dirty. The room had a musty smell. The carpets were stained. The picture frames, light shade, and the bathroom ceiling had black mold all over. The wallpaper was a raking off in several places in the bathroom. One of the lights had rust all over it. Very poor conditions. The mold made this room a health hazard.

We thought it needs a lot of updates. Very poor conditions of the hotel. The couch was ripped the drawers of the dressers were not in working order. No floor mats for the bathroom. The furniture was in poor conditions. The bed was clean and comfortable

We just requested a 30 minute extension on check out as we were preparing for our cruise and did a quick run to the store for last minute things, while the rest of our family got ready and we needed quick showers but the front desk declined.
