I was told there was a pool, front desk clerk said “there’s NO POOL” Next day, the new clerk said we could’ve used the sister hotel pool. That was not nice of the First front desk. Shame, shame, shame.

The hotel is dated, which is fine but concerned about the cleaning of the room when socks/ dirty articles of clothes were left behind on the floor by the previous guest. Linens and room seemed clean otherwise. Biggest issue was when we went to shower there was no hot water. When I reported it to the attendant, he said he would have to check the pilot on the water heater. He came to our room and the water seemed to be heating up. In the morning, we went to take showers and the water was ice cold. When checking out we let the woman at the counter know and she seemed disinterested and was not surprised or offer any apology.

Our room #211 was very spacious and clean. It is dated but comfortable, my complain with this room is, the noise from the electrical room and elevator right next to it. Very hard to sleep in this room 😞.

Worst hotel I have ever used
We want our money back! We have an autistic child with bad allergies! This place was dirty! The toilet seat wasn’t correct females were sitting on the porcelain. The place was full of skunk smell my child couldn’t even breathe! We had to leave and find a new hotel!

I would not say dirty, but definitely could have been cleaner. The facility needs a facelift. On our last night we saw a cockroach crawling down the wall, let the desk clerk know at check-out. Check-in and out was fast/easy/friendly.

Hotel check in was fast and easy. Front desk was nice and helpful. Room had to be changed upon entering. Second room was fine, only issue was the water never got over luke warm. It wasn't a big deal for a 1 night stay. Overall property is dated but convenient good for 1 day or 2. Located within walking distance to several restaurants, ports and a block from the beach.
