Loved the location right beside the Cocoa Beach pier! The Riki Tiki Tavern bar at the end of the pier was great! Very close to a Publix grocery store which has anything you could need for a great beach vacation. Good view of the ocean with easy access to the beach.the included beach chairs/umbrella cooler was great. Kitchen was fully equipped and very nice living room with large TV. Zarah was very helpful when we added an additional day to our stay. Overall, a perfect beach vacation accommodation! R.Walker NC,USA

We love the place, the view, the pool, the service and the Amélie’s. I think, that the add was not représentatif of what we get. there were not enough bed for every one. We were 3 adults and two kids. May be that I did not read all details on the add, but on the reservation was mentioned how many we were. The add mention 6 persons. But there was only one double bed and two singles beds. There was an inflated mattress that did not work. So one of the kid slept on a beach long chair… My husband and me did not have enough place on the double bed so I slept on the sofa. Nevertheless if a go to cocoa beach again, I will retour to the same place.

Perfect place for a family
Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay. The unit was clean, well stocked and right on the ocean. This property is in walking distance to the beach, pier, shops and restaurants. Beach supplies were provided and much appreciated. We always look for rentals with washer/dryer and full kitchens. We cook the majority of our meals when we travel and this kitchen was well stocked. Zareh was available if needed and responsive. It was a great experience!

this is a great location , next to the pier . this place is on the beach , was very clean . the only problem was the leaving instructions , management has one set and the room has a different set . the rooms instructions are not to sanitary

Nice, comfortable stay on beach
This place was perfectly placed- steps from the beach, sand volleyball & pier. Well maintained property and very nice. I appreciate the kindness of former renters who left behind some useful household items (detergent). We left our contribution too (coffee & filters). A special thanks to the owners for having a tent for the beach! Would def come back!

Great place to stay with a nice view of the beach and ocean. Good amenities like the beach chairs and umbrella. Good central location. Can be a bit noisy on the weekend from the parking lot next door. Would stay there again.

Just wanted to get away and hear the waves and feel the sand on my feet. This condo was as advertised. Everything was neat, clean and comfortable. For me location was the best thing! Directly on beach! Walked right out onto the sand, the pier was very close, nice walk and good food! Very relaxing stay.

Great location
This property is located steps from everything you want in a family beach vacation. We spent hours on the beach or balcony overlooking the beach. Great restaurants are within walking distance or an easy drive if you prefer, but the kitchen is also ready for you to cook your own meals if you wish. Appliances and bedding were all very new. The only thing I would have added we bicycles. Enjoy.
