Enjoy the beach at this luxurious elegant 5 bedroom 3 bath private home 200 yards from the the soft warm sands of Cocoa Beach. This beautiful 2450 square foot one-story home has no stairs and no streets to cross on your short leisurely walk to the beach.

The SailAway Beach House was designed to fit the needs of large family or corporate groups. It can accommodate 10-12 guests. The spacious great room combines the living room, kitchen, and dining areas. Enjoy reclining on one of the leather sofas while you watch the 65 inch smart TV above the decorative white brick fireplace. Prepare meals using the new stainless steel appliances in the open concept kitchen and serve them as guests are seated at the dining table, (seats 8), or the large freestanding granite island, (seats 4).

The centerpiece of SailAway's tropically landscaped backyard is the private heated 20 by 40' pool. The swimming pool goes from 3' 9" to 7' in depth. There is ample space for sunbathers around the deck of the pool or guests may prefer shaded relaxation beneath the beautiful pergola. A sandy play area provides a place for children to romp while their parents barbecue on the Weber grill. A screened in porch with ceiling fan and an adult table for 6 and child-sized picnic table for the little ones overlooks the pool.

One SailAway master bedroom contains a comfortable king bed with its own generous ensuite bath and closet.The other master holds a queen bed and closet. It has a Jack and Jill bath that opens to a separate room containing a twin daybed and a twin trundle bed. This would be a perfect sleeping arrangement for parents and children. SailAway also has two more queen bedrooms, one of which has direct access to a large shower bath. Four of the five bedrooms have 50" smart TVs and views of the pool.

Guests will find the front loading washer and dryer a useful convenience during their stay. SailAway has parking for 4-5 vehicles on the property. Public hourly metered parking is also available on the street. A handy beach wagon holding beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, and boogie boards awaits you for your beach vacation. A twin air mattress is available upon request.

The world famous Westgate Cocoa Beach Pier is 2 blocks south. Food, drinks, and recreation are available there. We are the closest beach to Disney, which is approximately one hour away and The Kennedy Space Center is 20 minutes away. We are 25 miles from the Space Coast Stadium Complex.

We are fully licensed to operate as a vacation rental.

Christmas in Cocoa Beach was amazing
First of all,Cathy, the property manager, was excellent. She always answered questions quickly. The property is terrific. It is so close to the beach and the Cocoa Beach pier where we really enjoyed watching the surfers. The property was clean and easily accommodated our family of 11 ages from 66 to 1. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were plenty of towels, beach chairs and pool floats. This trip at Christmas time, yes, Santa found us, was perfect and will provide wonderful family memories forever

Great Family Vacation
This property was amazing! We stayed here for our yearly family beach vacation and it was great! We had never been to Cocoa beach and this was so relaxing. All the restaurants and ice cream is so close to the home, it’s in a great location. The home itself was spotless and perfect! The home has lots of pool floats and kids floats and toys. The pool was huge and so clean we used it all day. Can’t say enough great things, I definitely recommend this home!! 10/10!! Visitors must try “Gelati di Roma” , “Floridas Fresh Grill” , and “Crydermans BBQ” !!

The SailAway House was wonderful, the weather was HOT! So the large pool was used everyday to cool off. The beach was just a short walk and absolutely beautiful. The house was big and comfortable. Having two dryers was a huge plus. The only suggestion to the owners would be to have a few more bath towels and some blanket throws for the sofas. Sunburn can make one pretty chilly in evenings while watching TV. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Family Vacation 2024
We had a great time! As grandparents, we loved having a private pool to play in with the kiddos. We enjoyed having so many floats and toys. House was clean and loved having a large great room where we all could gather. Also loved having TVs in every bedroom to enjoy quiet time. Cathy communicated appropriately well. The tile on the porch is super slippery when wet. We had one kiddo go down…not seriously hurt. After that, we simply laid towels down. I was also surprised there was no garbage disposal but made it work.

Great family vacation!
The house was beautiful only a 2 minute walk from the ocean! The house had a huge pool in the back which had pool floats and dive toys for the kids and was warm and crystal clear! The house had plenty of parking and space for our family of 8. It was great having a washer and dryer (they give you some pods we ended up needing our own). All of the appliances were like new and had everything we needed for the week! It was a 1 hr drive to Disney which was very convenient and easy. It was a 10 min drive to the fishing charters and you could walk to tons of restaurants and the pier. Definitely would stay again!

Such a comfortable home for an extended family stay. Easily accommodated 10 (6 adults, 4 bigger kids). Kitchen worked great for feeding this big group & there was plenty of seating. Nice touch to have use of the pool & beach toys. Pool was incredible. Very clean & refeshing.

Wonderful space for our family of 11, private pool used daily, steps from the beach where some of our group fished while we enjoyed being in the ocean, eateries-tiki bars walking distance, including the pier. 8 nights spent all 11 of us, space to have your quiet time if needed😂 Called the owners 1 time with question-immediate response-good communication, friendly. Perfect Location For Beach and Orlando/Disney Access
I have been coming to Florida for winter get-aways every year since retiring from university business school administration in Minnesota in 2014! I look for a place that has close and easy access to the beach, but is also as close as possible to the Orlando attractions for day trips for my children and grand children who visit while I"m in Florida., and has a swimming pool for when the kids are not at the beach! This vacation home has it all: there are no street crossings to get to the beach in a couple of minutes; the oversized, heated pool is in a very private yard; it is the closest beach to the Orlando attractions - one of my families took their three children to open and close Universal Studios in a little over an hour each direction on the same day; there are a multitude of great, nearby restaurants in every direction and several within walking distance including the iconic Cocoa Beach Pier; the accommodations had everything we could possibly need for all nine of us at our peak with room to spare! As bonuses we got to see many cruise ships coming and going including the largest cruise ship in the world, the Wonder of the Seas, up close and personal, and a rocket launch from the beach next to the house. There was also easy access to a wonderful, tropically oriented zoo, the Brevard Zoo, just a few miles south in Melbourne; and, the Kennedy Space Center is a must for every visitor, especially school aged kids! All in all my family is very willing to settle for PERFECT!

Great location, great house!
Perfect place for a multi-generation family vacation. Spacious, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, great kitchen and living room. Kids swam in the pool daily or walked to the beach. Easy drive to Kennedy Space Center and the Orlando Parks. We even saw a shuttle launch from the beach! Check in is easy and contactless. Owner's son stopped by once to check in on things. We had an accidental injury on the property and Cathy was super attentive. Definitely recommend this house for families! There are noise ordinances, but honestly, we were exhausted and in bed well before the 10pm time!

Love, love, love this house!
We arrived to an incredible house, so clean and inviting! We were there to celebrate my dads 80th birthday (he lives 7 minutes away). The kitchen had everything we needed to have meals here. We were fortunate enough to have a few beautiful days on the beach which was an easy walk for our father. We lucked out and watched 2 rockets get launched from the same beach, it was truly an experience to behold. With or without the rocket launches, this house was an amazing place to "launch" our father into his 81st year. We definitely plan on coming back!

Enjoyed our stay. SailAway House fit our needs well. Location was great. House was clean. Pool area was nice but yard could use some attention. One issue, TV in living area was not working upon arrival. This issue was not resolved during our stay. One selling point for this location was the living area where we could sit back after a long day and watch a movie together. I understand things break but lack of resolution was the issue.

This house met all our needs. Since we went in July the pool and the ocean were very important. The house is very close to the ocean and a good spot to watch launches from SpaceX. My family and I recommend this house for your family vacation.

We had a wonderful time! What a beautiful property. Loved the open concept, beautiful kitchen, pool and quick walk to the beach!! VRBO listed as sleeps 12. I do suggest that is changed to 10 since only 10 can be in beds. (Wasn’t a problem for us but if we had 12 people I would’ve been upset to find this out after booking.) I was surprised to not have dressers and end tables on both sides of the beds in the bedrooms. I would’ve liked to move out of the suitcase for the week. I also would suggest more comfy touches like throw pillow & blankets for the couches. House was stocked well with soaps & starter toilet paper, etc. I always appreciate that! Overall very happy and would stay here again. Cathy was great & responsive!
