Here at Banana Breeze Condominiums we take great pride in your vacation, providing. Professionally remodeled condos with a stunning view of the Banana River. This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo will check all the boxes from comfort to style to view and amenities. Providing such things as beach chairs & towels, kayaks, life jackets, outdoor shower and nonstop fun. Enjoy fishing off of one of the docks or kayaking the thousand islands. Hang out with the dolphins as they come in daily to feed, and maybe you’ll see some manatees! Don’t forget to watch the rocket launch from your window or docks. These are all things to enjoy on the property. If that isn’t enough the condos are ideally located for a short walk to the golf course, the aquatic center, or to downtown Cocoa Beach where you can enjoy some of the best restaurants, bars and shopping. When you get back to the condo you will enjoy some of the most beautiful sunsets that Cocoa Beach has to offer. As the moon rises the bioluminescence will surely be a site to see. Wildlife galore!
What a wonderful place to stay on the lagoon! We saw several dolphins, manatees, cranes, pelicans, and snow egrets. Good fishing from the backyard docks. Having the kayaks to use was amazing! Inside was very clean, tastefully decorated and well stocked. The view from the living room and kitchen can’t be beat. Only con for us was the master bedroom pillows were flat and could use replacing. Already making plans for our next stay here.

The VRBO itself is very nice and nearly updated, the outside of the building could use a little renovation. It would be nice to have a balcony. Sadly, the weather was not very pleasant while we stayed here so we were not able to use the pool or the kayaks. We did watch the Osprey pelicans, diving for fish and also saw a couple of dolphins on the last day. The area itself is very quiet, we did end up renting a car because it was too far away from all the activities that we were wanting to do. We did all feel that the pillows were very flat and could be updated, otherwise the bedding was very nice. There was only hand soap provided so bring all your other shower and hair product necessities,

Every thing was great . Clean when we arrived . Got there earlier then we thought ask for early check in he let us in soon as housekeepers was done . Place was just as in pic . We saw a lot of birds , dolphins , and mommy manatee and a baby things was great .

Nice Holiday Stay
My family and I booked this place to visit my brother over Christmas. The inside has been updated and was very clean and nicely decorated with all the amenities needed. We took the kayaks out multiple times on the lagoon, literally in the backyard. Took multiple walks including to the beach (about 1.5 mile down the road). Enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful experience
We enjoyed every moment there. We used the kayaks and had a blast. Great communication and recommendations for local spots. We even were able to see the dolphins and manatees right off the dock! Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely AMAZING!
I'm going to start off with that this place deserves more than 5 stars!!!! Beautifully remodeled and decorated, absolutely spotless and smelled amazing, appliances and tvs all top notch and new, and the VIEW is breathtaking! We saw dolphins every single day they would come come right up to us on the kayaks. Saw manatees right next to us on the kayaks multiple times and a manatee came right up to the dock and it came up face to face with my daughter (they were about a foot away from each other with there noses I was able to get an awesome picture of that) We made a lifetime of memories here!!! We also got to watch a rocket launch right from the dock, the bioluminescence was so awesome!!! We caught a huge variety of different fish and even caught a stingray! I was hoping we would get to experience everything I wanted too and it ended up being way beyond our expectations!!! Matt downstairs who is the property manager is super nice and informative! Ron the host is amazing and quick with responding to any questions/needs. All in all, this place is unbelievable and I highly recommend staying here if you get the chance too! We will most definitely be back and cannot wait! Oh and there is also many different varieties of birds they are such fun to watch and beautiful! Also, very close by to the beach, many stores, restaurants you name it! Thank you Ron for letting us stay at your beautiful place, until next time! wosh i cpuld post pictures here it was amazing

5 Nights at “Stay Where Dolphins Play, Water Front”
On arrival, we were very pleased with the high standard and the attention to detail of the accommodation. Everything was perfect. We arrived quite late, so it was a great surprise to open the blinds in the morning and see the beautiful vista of the Banana River right outside. Ron, the owner was very responsive to our messages whilst staying, and went out of his way to be helpful. It was great to be able to go out on the river in the kayaks which were free to use and seeing dolphins swimming in the river was a treat. The property is just far enough out from the beach to be peaceful, but close enough to drive or walk. On our last day, we got to see Ron’s latest renovated room which was decorated with a space theme in a very stylish way. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Fabulous Property Right on the River
Everything looked brand new and was just as described. We were very pleased. The boys really enjoyed kayaking and fishing. 105 degrees outside and nice and cool inside. All my friends were jealous of our condo and they took the name and property address to hopefully get to stay there next time in Florida. We certainly would.

Dolphin Playground!
Really enjoyed the location and the host thought of everything. Nice little touches everywhere. So nicely decorated. I would highly recommend. The kayaking was fantastic and we saw several dolphins.

Place was amazing
The place was amazing and I do not say this to try and discourage people from renting it. This goes for all of coco beach, especially bay side. Get DEET. We had regular bug spray but it does nothing against noseeums. You need the 40%, bald eagle death brand. Once you have that, use the free kayaks and enjoy the bio bay and save yourself 50-75 a person. My wife loved the tile work and decorations in the condo, and my kids enjoyed fishing off the docks. Had a great time.

Our stay was just that, perfect! Beautiful view of Thousand Islands, easy drive right into downtown Cocoa Beach, and yes we saw dolphins and a manatee not far from shore! The place is equipped with many beach needs too.
