I chose this location because it is advertised as pet friendly. When I arrive at 11pm I was not checked in because I brought a dog. They asked if I had papers for service dog but I did not have that with me. I have been charged for the room that I was not given access to.

The front desk is not a good help poor service! She check us in in a room Whete faucet in the sink barely have a water. So i ask her if we can change room instead since we dont fix or stuff yet so she ask me to wait for technician that takes 15mins. Then if the technician cannot fix it she can change the room So we waited. Then after almost 10mins we cant no longer wait since my daughter need to used the bathroom we travelled all the way from California and we just want to rest. So I called but she dont answer so i need to go to front desk again that i cannot longer wait and we need a different room where faucet work! So she told me to wait technician is on the way. So i ask her why u let us wait whre in you can just give us new room so she insisted to wait and said its ok! Well its not ok!!! Why would i wait its not my fault the sink didnt work. Thats why we pick this place for us to get rest and used the shower instead of make us wait! Do we argue before she let me change the room i dont get it!!! Then when they transfer us to the other room fridge part are missing, microwave have some issue early in the morning the cleaner keep knocking on the door to clean our room while we still sleep since its been a long tiring trip. They are so rude! Poor service! And dirty i don’t recommend it

This hotel is in a great location. It was easy to find with food and gas stations nearby. Checking and out were a breeze. However, there ends the plesantries! The pictures of the room are of long long ago. To house keeping, GREAT JOB, the room was very neat and clean. To maitenance...get off your but and get to work. Peeling paint on room walls, running toilets thst just need flaps replaced and ill fitted doors which cause a guest to feel unsafe and senseless reasons for persons not to have repeat stays. Also, i refused to bathe or was my hands in that awful smelling water.

We were going to an event in the ballroom of another hotel, but since that property was sold out, this was our second choice. That said, being as close as it was, and at less than half the price, this is where we ended up and will happily do it again. However, what we won't do again is have their free breakfast. The only thing that was worse than the horrible breakfast was the way the breakfast counter was set up. The coffee machine and the small counter top refer were in a corner in an area that, in addition to interfering with people coming in and getting on line, was the most used area. Calling it chaos is an understatement. They need to rearrange that area and step up the quality of the food some.

The front desk personnel are so rude. No help. The property is old. You can’t eat inside of your room or they will literally try to kick you out. Horrible experience

The website said breakfast was until 10:00 am but when I double checked was told until 9:00 am. The bathroom floor was dirty and so was shower floor. We washed the shower floor before using.

The area I felt unsafe at night.I Saw homeless man when driving in the parking lot. The tub wasn’t the cleanest, had a bad smell coming from the ac once you change it is to heat settings. This place is okay for one night.

The room was ok and served its purpose more than one night would not have been ok. Pool closed at dusk just as we got there had to request sheets to be changed they were quick to do so. Room was clean but for a place we spent only spent 10 hours at it was ok

Cigerette buts were laying around the area of the steps and when we went swimming the pool was dirty, I assumed the pump wasn't working properly. We did see a person with a net in the morning coming to clean the pool. The pool needed a good vacuuming and a good pump to keep it clean.
