I killed several roaches, there were little gnats crawling on the bathroom counter and the whole room smelled like tobacco. The room was non smoking but it had been smoked in a lot and the smell was nauseating.

My daughter found and we paid for her wedding night. They had difficulty reaching the hotel by phone. Guests at the wedding informed them that it was a dump and no toilets worked. They didn’t even drive over after that.

You get what you pay for!
The person checking us in was super friendly, but unfortunately the accommodations were terrible. The first thing he told us were that the toilets weren’t working because they were working on the sewer lines. We Checked into our room and the refrigerator was leaking all over the floor. The bathroom was dirty and the overall look of the room was run down. We ended up leaving and checking in at a hotel down the street. We figured since it was only a one night stay it wouldn’t be bad but it was. You get what you pay for!

Arrived at the front desk and checked in but they said our room wasn't ready to come back in a couple hours. Went to a nearby restaurant to eat and near the end of our meal received a message from Expedia that the Hotel had canceled my reservation. I called Expedia and explained this was unexceptable on the property's behalf because I had checked in on time and they said they didn't have the room ready. Not to mention the room was already paid for. It all seemed fishy. The Expedia rep was great and he called the hotel and then me back and said the hotel said there was someone with a similar name that canceled and they accidentally canceled my room. Again, fishy especially since I had already pre-paid and checked-in in person less than 2 hours earlier. Had to pay a second time to the hotel directly and hope I received a credit for the first payment (made through Expedia) and it took the clerk 3 or 4 attempts to get the charge the same rate I had paid through Expedia. Once again fishy, and at this point I have lost track of what charges and credits were on my CC. Finally getting the key we proceeded to the room. There was a foul odor outside our building in the breezeway on the walk to the room. Upon entering the room we slipped and almost fell as the entire floor was wet and unsafe. Looked like someone took a very wet mop and went over the entire room's floor. It was tracked and dirty too. The bathroom was not cleaned good nor the vanity. There was a stain on the bed cover.

This is an older property. My wife and I have stayed here often the past several years while competing in biking and running events in Cocoa. They have made improvements over the past few years. The beds are comfortable, rooms dark and the staff is very friendly.

Theres mold on the ceiling. The bathroom door doesn't shut. Anywhere there is caulking in the bathroom is filthy. The hole for the bathroom ceiling fan was made too big, so they covered it with tape. Peeling/bubbling paint in shower. Towels already on floor in bathroom. 1 bar of soap and 1 shampoo laying on the sink. No closet, or drawers just 2 hangers on hooks. Very noise. Large stain on white bedspread. At least AC works well and the bed seems comfortable. We would not be staying more than 1 night, esepcially for almost $100
