The Suite at Enchanted Acres Ranch

Enchanted Acres Ranch in Port Saint John, FL, is a charming miniature horse farm offering a unique and enchanting experience. This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom LOWER LEVEL apartment features 900+ sq. ft of comfortable accommodations. The ranch is known for its scenic beauty and tranquil atmosphere. Guests have the opportunity to interact with horses and goats and connect with nature. The ranch is the perfect venue for relaxing getaways, weddings or family gatherings.
The space
Located in the Cocoa / Port St. John / Titusville area, the ranch is a short distance from Kennedy Space Center, close to bioluminescent kayaking, cruises from Port Canaveral, Cocoa Beach and Orlando attractions. It comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. It is also ideal for business travelers looking for corporate housing. Guests will have private access to the entire lower level apartment. Guests also have shared access to over 20 acres of wooded surroundings. The patio is ideal for sitting outside and enjoying the relaxing sounds of nature. Contact the host directly to reserve event spaces or to book private animal “meet and greet” sessions.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected. Clean sheets and towels are provided in the unit. Additional clean sheets and towels are available for extended stays.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the unit. All food items will be removed after the guest checks out.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please place trash in green trash cans located between the house and barn.
Guest access
Guests will have private access to the entire lower level apartment. Guests also have shared access to over 20 acres of wooded surroundings which provide privacy and seclusion, even though you're just minutes from everything!
Other things to note
• Septic System: This unit has a septic system. The septic system is not a trash can. Do not flush anything besides human waste and toilet paper. Never flush: cooking grease or oil, non-flushable wipes - such as baby wipes or other wet wipes, photographic solutions, feminine hygiene products, condoms, dental floss, diapers, coffee grounds, paper towels, or pharmaceuticals.

• Rental agreement:
This listing is for the lower level apartment only. The upstairs apartment, which also includes a full kitchen, dining room, and private balcony is available under a separate listing. There are also cabins available for rent at this same property.

This agreement is for the exclusive use of the unit by the registered guests. The unit may not be sublet or assigned to any third party without the express written approval of the owner. This agreement is governed by and is enforceable under the laws of the State of Florida and for any action, venue is proper in the courts of Brevard County, Florida.

• Working ranch: This is a working ranch. Owners are on-site daily to care for the animals and maintain the grounds.

Amazing stay
We had the best time staying at this location. My children loved the animals and are already begging to come back. The property was clean and beautiful, the owner was very nice and knowledgeable. Communication and checkin were seamless. This was an ideal location for the Kennedy space center (20 min) and Brevard zoo (25 min). We were lucky enough to see a satellite launch one night from the property, while the kids were sleeping. I'd give more stars if I could, We will definitely come back.

We enjoyed our stay - especially did our daughters, 9 and 11 years old. They were so entertained interacting with goats and horses, feeding them in the morning before we would head out to NASA. We could have coffee in peace watching over greenery. The place was clean, spacious, nice bathroom, had kitchenware and fridge. Owners were really friendly and accommodating. We ve tried something different and everyone loved it!

Amazing property and experience
We recently stayed at Enchanted Acres Ranch and absolutely loved every part of our time there. Our room was immaculate. Check-in was fast and easy. Our hosts were very responsive and informative. And our young daughter loved watching all the animals. If we find ourselves in the area again, this will undoubtedly be our first choice for accommodations.

Excellent location and hosts for our short stay prior to boarding a cruise ship at Port Canaveral. Property was secluded away from noise and hustle of busy streets, yet not too far from places to eat, shop, etc. We will definitely look into this place again if we find ourselves in the area in the future.

Quick Spring Break Trip
The location of the property was perfect for what we wanted to do (beach and theme park). The suite was clean and comfortable. We loved how private the location is, but still close to so much. And we enjoyed feeding the goats! We ran into Jeff the day we arrived and he was very personable. I can't think of anything negative to say. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
We had a truly wonderful time at Enchanted Acres Ranch. The suite was lovely - beautifully decorated, comfortable, modern, up to date, and clean. The grounds around the ranch are peaceful and a lot of fun to walk around and explore. We especially enjoyed the horses, goats, and miniature horses (bring Cheerios and animal crackers to feed them!). Kristal and Jeff are the perfect hosts: down to earth, friendly, accommodating, professional, and easy and fun to talk with. They really made us feel comfortable and at home! We plan to stay again whenever we're in the area - it's our new home away from home. Many thanks!

Different, and Great!
This is different, and great because of it! It's a quiet, safe area, and friendly. It is near enough to attractions, but with a distinctly laid back country atmosphere, including some very friendly goats and minature horses that will come over to their fence to vie for a share of Cherios if the guests are handing them out. The owners are friendly, personable, and happy to talk about their property. Everything was very clean, the temperature control was good, the bed comfortable, and the area was very quiet. In the downstairs suite, you can hear people walking above you, so I recommend either the upstairs suite or one of the cozy individual cabins. Plan on eating out. Cooking is limited to a microwave, and there is enough counter space for breakfast cereal and snacks, but much more would get crowded. You will probably want to drive to one of several restaurents within about 4-5 miles, farther for a wider selection, and there are some nice public parks within easy driving distance. Morning coffee at the outside table overlooking the grounds was a pleasant way to get the day started. We loved it!

Short Getaway
My husband, our toddler, and myself thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Enchanted Acres Ranch! My daughter loved going out to look at the farm animals each morning and we loved how it was just a short drive from the beach and Kennedy Space Center. The property is well maintained, the house was clean and nicely updated, and the owners were very friendly and helpful. We only stayed for two nights but are already hoping to visit again!

The property was out in a very rural and quiet area. It was very peaceful, clean and very well kept. It was 1st floor or a 2 story building. Only thing I could say was a negative was hearing the people on the 2nd floor walking around and there is no visible thermostat to adjust the temperature. But I highly recommend this property.

Nice Ranch!
Me and the wife really enjoyed our stay at The Ranch. It was conveniently located without being in a busy area. Private gate, private farm, and other amenities was a plus. The hosts were kind, friendly, and helpful. Next time we come, ill try the upstairs penthouse.

Beautiful and peaceful! Kristal and Jeff are awesome! They take great pride and care in what they do. No worries here. If you have a question or a need, Jeff is right on it. Kristal even alerted us to a rocket launch happening during our stay. If you want modern and clean in a farm setting, this is your place!
