3RD Yr here for my wife and I enrolee to Yuma and we love the proximity to the Hwy and the rooms for the price are very acceptable. Great place for an overnighter. Thanks, Ramada.

Our room was a mess. Got transfered to a new room, still a mess. Dirty blankets, smears on the toilets, tv, lamp, walls and head boards. Fridges didnt work in wither room. Staff is creepy and the elevator hardly works. The button came off in my hand. All the views are of this aweful dumpster and there is gunk built up around the phones. The area is bad and Im pretty sure we are the only guests. Totally creepy. The only reason I stayed is they wouldnt refund me so I could bed down somewhere safe .

I didn't end up staying here. I booked this place with my three children in mind because it had a pool. The pool was out of service, but the guy at the front was kind enough to let me know as I checked in. I was able to cancel and find another place without a problem. It just would have been nice to know before.

Don't pay ahead!!! If you choose to stay here, pay until you get your room and accordingly to it. I paid a little extra for a room with two king size beds for me and me husband (just 2 persons), bigger space since he has a broken leg with a big plastic cast he can't remove, and we got a room with 3 queen beds. What for???? 3 queen beds for 2 persons. The reservation was made way ahead of time, and we have to come constantly for medical appointments to Coeur d'Alene. Needles to say we won't be staying here again, they didn't try to set it right, didn't contact us. Nothing... plus both pool and hot tub are out of service. So choose elsewhere, you can find better.

Bad customer service!
Hotels com doesn not want to refund my money even tho my hotel was cancel by the hotel.. I canceled my reservation because the pool was out of order, and the hotel did not mention that their pool not working on their website. When i called they understood and they gladly canceled my reservation. I didnt stay there and hotels.com still charged my credit card. I have my cancellation receipt email and i offered to email to hotels.com, they still wont give me my refund back. Why should i pay for a room when i didnt even stay there ! I dont recommen anyone reserving a room thru them..i will be fighting to get my money back for a room that i didnt even stay there. Especially having proof that i didnt stay there !

Called ahead to make sure hot tub was working before making reservation, we were told yes, got there it was under remodel, the smell was so bad from the chemicals. Horrible nose through the shower. Offered nightly popcorn told it was not available because they did not have bags, bags were on the machine. The worst part was the dirty used underwear left under the chair because the room was not cleaned properly. So disappointed in this stay.
