It was not what the pictures show. The room was clean but the whole place is old and unprofessional. The cleaning staff wore sweatpants with half tops... Breakfast was delicious but other than that I wouldn't be there again. I felt like I was staying at a hostel.

This is the second time I have stayed here and had really hoped for improvements from the last stay. Went down to get breakfast at 7:10 and there was no food, just milk, yogurt and bagels, the person ahead of me used the last of the waffle batter. We were told the person who does breakfast was running late. The room never got dark at night, the curtains are too thin. and are possibly shower curtains??The freezer/fridge was not cold due to too much ice buildup in it. The floor in the shower area was filthy, I had to clean dirt off myself to feel comfortable walking barefoot. There was no shampoo, but there were 4 vials of conditioner all empty and two vials of hand lotion also empty. I kind of wonder if these reviews are being read by the hotel staff..the same complaints over and over for years??

Fine for a hotel off the freeway and a quick rest
The staff were friendly and the room clean, but the building was overall not kept up. You could tell it was an older building that simply has some paint slapt inside all of the walls. I normally don't mind older buildings and have stayed in my fair share of them. However the trim was peeling off from water damage. Our shower had a huge crack down the middle of the wall that clearly just had some type of sealant to cover it but looked more like paint, the tub spout did not lock all the way and had water spewing out the top. The pillows were very tiny, smaller than a throw pillow and the blankets weren't much of a blanket, more like a sheet so make sure to bring your own. Also the hot tub was not working at least during our stay. The staff made due with what they had to work with, but at least they were all very attentive to what could be tended to.

We liked the location, close to shopping and dining. We liked the breakfast selections, laundry service outdoor seating and pool. Did not like, drain in room bath tub was slow. Stood in water while showering. Doors and hallway walls had visible hand mark layers..

Like many other families we chose this hotel because of its close proximity to Silverwood theme park. We stayed for a total of Four days and three nights. We did not have staff service our room, one time in our entire stay. Every single night when we return from the park, our room was exactly the same as how we had left it. I had to go to the front desk and request fresh towels, Front desk staff gave me extra garbage bags so I could empty my own garbage and put it in the hall, And stated that my room would be properly cleaned the following day. It never was!!! Despite being assured that our room would be taken care of it was completely disregarded. I was charged $20 to check in one hour early and an additional $30 to check out one hour late. Upon check out I again stated how Frustrating it was to stay in a room for four days and never have it cleaned even once and was told "I'm sorry you had such unfortunate luck with your stay. We hope that your next day will be better." There was also not a single outlet in the room that would hold a power cord or charge block. The outlets were so loose you had to prop a bag against your charge block to get it to stay in the wall. Televisions run on Wi-Fi and we could not get anything to load including their regular cable services. We've stayed at a lot of hotels, and I tried to be pretty understanding, but in the past 10 years, I cannot remember ever having such a terrible experience and a hotel

Family of four staying two nights. Front staff were very friendly When we entered the room it smelt musty. The bathroom had no ventilation. After a shower the moisture just stuck in the room. Again family of four, two uncomfortable queen beds and they supplied us with two towels and one Poor location unless you want to drive t everywhere Seen other facilities that would be easier for young adults to be able to walk safely to stores or restaurants Breakfast was good.

Probably won't be back.
I'd give this one star except it truly wasn't all bad. There really isn't much customer service to speak of, the coffee was empty more often than not, the breakfast and breakfast seating was terribly lacking, and the room leaves a lot to be desired. But it was the cheapest decent option around so you get what you pay for. If you just need a cheap bed, this might work for you. But if you want any level of comfort, service, or a decent part of town, look somewhere else.
