This resort is in a great location, however it is in desperate need of refurbishment which brings down the rating. The cleanliness of the apartment was unsatisfactory, dead bugs, hair, crumbs, mould in the grout in bathroom's. There are no spare pillows, no blankets. Curtains are missing hooks, walls have water stains from the AC. The apartment itself was a spacious 2 bed 2 bathroom and had undercover parking which was appreciated. There is no dining options as the restaurant has closed. There is no reception desk, just communication via SMS, which fortunately had no issue's, but in my personal opinion i like check in and out with a real person at a desk. I have stayed here a few times, and like the location and views, but just wish management would give the rooms a refurbishment and teach their cleaners to clean better with more attention to detail.

Loved the views! Even saw some whales! Lacked some cleanliness though, walls had drinks spilt on them, and bathrooms hadn’t been cleaned properly as there were used bottles of shampoo/body wash in there from previous guests.

Looked nice in the pictures but the unit was dirty with mould in the dishwasher, broken *everything*, ants all over the kitchen, and generally in incredibly poor repair. This was probably a really nice unit and report once, but I wouldn’t stay again and have been trying with no success to contact the company to discuss how unhappy I was with the quality. Nobody ever gets back to me.

The property was is a good location and Ok for the price. The bed was hard, toilet was up against teh side wall with limited room, the parking was allocated but not enforced, there were 2 cars parked in bays with damage and no number plates. No check in desk or reception, no milk for tea or coffee and towels and toiletries were of a cheaper standard. The TV was not tuned and had limited channels.

It was a lovely view of the ocean. Walkable distance to the beach and you will be the only one at the beach most of the time. Room was clean and spacious. Upstairs had everything you need for your stay like TV, fridge, kettle, washer etc

First the resort is rundown every thing that is advertised isn’t here, the apartment we stayed in is dirty the furniture is so old and outdated the hot tub doesn’t work they are no remotes for the air conditioners so hence couldn’t operate them

This was just a short stop on our longer trip. And we are glad about that. The unit did not live up to expectations. Several lights throughout the property did not work. Including bathroom light and entry lights. We had to stumble around in the dark to find light switches that worked. We booked for 5 people, but there were only 3 beds. No sofa bed or rollaway bed. We were disappointed.

2 bed apartment was 2 storey - not indicated. Not suitable for persons who have difficulty in climbing stairs. No access to reception - disgraceful. Response to sms re: wifi extremely slow. Too bad if this was needed in an emergency. No WiFi accessibility. Car space is impeded by greenery ie. hedges. Air conditioner in 2nd bedroom does not heat properly. Spa bath in ensuite - jets do not work… no bubbles. Shower head was pretty much like a dribble. No door on ensuite bathroom. Lock on sliding door in lounge room does not lock properly. Does not secure properly in door jam. Very loose. Fly screen on door broken. Only 5 sachets of sugar provided for an overnight stay for guests is not enough for evening and next morning. Otherwise very clean overall.

We absolutely loved our recent stay, very family friendly. The kids loved waking up to the breakfast buffet every morning. The perfect location to pop into Sea World and the other Theme Parks during your stay. The only negative feedback is we would off liked the spa open a little longer in the evening.
