Beach House on sparkling Sapphire Beach

The Ponderosa is a newly renovated 2 bedroom free standing house on a large block 2 minutes walk from Sapphire Beach. The home boasts an open plan kitchen, dining, lounge room with air conditioning, opening out to an elevated north facing patio that has views of the nearby nature reserve towards the beach. Broadband fibre to the premises ensures fast internet and WiFi, The lounge has a large flat screen TV with a WiFi blue-ray player and comfortable lounges. The dining area has a quality sound system with Bluetooth connectivity from your smartphone and a CD player. The covered patio has a gas BBQ and dining setting for relaxed outdoor dining. A separate laundry room downstairs has a washing machine, dryer, iron & ironing board and directly outside there is a six line pull out clothes line near the outdoor shower. For car parking, there is a secure remote control roller door garage. The theme of the property is one of beach side relaxation

Great Family stay
Ron’s house is the perfect spot! Close to every thing including a beautiful beach just a stone throw away. The house has everything you could possibly need. Beds were comfortable! Ron himself was so helpful and a great host to have. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect holiday home
The whole experience was positive. Ron was friendly & responsive from booking & throughout the stay. Ponderosa is in a great location, I loved to hear the waves at night through the open (fully screened) windows or sitting on the deck. The beach is a minute’s walk away. The outlook from all windows is green and there’s plenty of birdsong. Such a peaceful place. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. The house was clean, funkily styled and had the best equipped kitchen of any holiday home I’ve ever stayed in - nothing was missing. I’m grateful for the thoughtful inclusion of pantry basics, cleaning materials & even laundry powder. Thanks Ron, we’ll definitely be back :) I

Oh wow. Loved this place. Step back in time to all the great things about mid century - style, natural materials, cosy relax zones and breeze block patio - combined with modern kitchen and bathroom. Lots of storage. Classic wardrobes in bedrooms. Just a great styled home. All as advertised - looks better i nreal life. Immaculate. Lovely outlook from windows and very short walk to beach. A delightful property,very private. Had sparkly and extremely well appointed Spacious lounge with great sound system & TV. Spotlessly clean. Ron was very helpful and welcoming. Super short walk to the beach nearby . No through roads, very quiet neighbourhood , what more could you ask for. Would definitely return
