Charlesworth own only some rooms at this resort. The actual resort is great as is owned and run by another company. The pool and restaurant is excellent as it the gardens and facilities. However ... the room we stayed in owned by Charlesworth has obviously had no regular maintenance and was awful. There were gummy bears on the floor from the previous people, and toys still under the coffee table. We found hair in our bed sheets and the balcony had a smashed glass panel and weeds growing out of the concrete. The air con in the lounge worked, but not in the main room. The timber int he bathroom was rotten around the doors and the place needed a good makeover. Additionally there was no phone service and they could not give us any wifi details. We could not feedback to the property that night as the office had closed by the time we got around to getting down there. Thankfully we were only transiting and were able to get our first thing. If you want to stay here book one of the Pacific Bay Resort rooms, and not one owned by Charlesworth.

The room was clean and bed comfortable. The staff were pleasant , polite ,helpful and informative. Location was convenient to Coffs Harbour and the grounds were kept sensational. Undercover parking was a lottery ticket, however plenty of outdoor parking. A great stay for my purposes. 8/10

Misleading photos online did not represent the horrendous room I was first allocated. New room was good but not what I had booked as no ocean view rooms left. I would have selected a difficult location had I been told. Room facing golf course/restaurant extremely noisy Saturday night. Texts and signage confusing and difficult to read quickly as driving in on arrival, especially when multiple businesses sharing multiple buildings.

I like how close to Coffs it is. I like the short walk to a beautiful beach, the pools on site and the tennis courts, golf course and basketball courts. The surrounding gardens and grounds are very well kept. The restaurant is a short walk away and the meals are excellent and reasonably priced. The unit was clean, and although a little dated was a great place to spend a few days. Would be more than happy to come back again, next time for longer.
