Executive Style 2 Bedroom Villa attached to owners main home with completely separate access and amenities.
You have your own space.... We prefer 2 adults and 2 quiet children, or 2 couples who are quiet. No parties on the deck. Do not bring rowdy, ill behaved children or pets to our Villa. We take pride in keeping it beautiful for our valued guests and appreciate guests who look after it the same as we would.
Two double size bedrooms - both with King Size Beds - Both have large built in mirrored robes.
A cot is stored in the cupboard for your convenience and also a high chair that can be buckled onto the dining chairs
The second bedroom has a desk and double seat.
There is a lovely big deck you can enjoy the afternoon breezes.
We want to disclose here that your deck does look down onto our pool but other than us occasionally swimming in the pool, it’s not a problem as it also looks out to the lovely treed suburb of diggers beach
Kitchenette/Laundrette separate from toilet and bath/shower room. Kitchenette has a Delonghi Multi function oven / air fryer, microwave, washing machine, and bar fridge with small freezer. Also cupboard full of plates, cutlery, and pantry items for your convenience.
Lounge room area -
This area has a lounge, TV/entertainment unit (with chrome cast) , and the dining table and chairs.
Iron, washing basket and clothes airer in living room cupboard along with lots of cooking supplies, extra seating and the baby high chair.
The home is located within walking distance (about 5-7 minutes depending on how fast you walk) to one of the most popular swimming and surfing beaches around Coffs Harbour.
We are also within walking distance to the Big Banana Fun Park ( or a 1 minute drive across the highway) ; and Aanuka Beach Resort, where there is other accommodation and restaurants.
The perfect holiday location, or house to check into for one, two or more nights on your way through from Sydney to Brisbane or ViceVersa.
