This villa has all you will need and is close to the Moonee Market and the Moonee Tavern, with both just a short 5-minute walk away.

Relax comfortably in air-conditioned open plan living with stylish lounges, a big screen Smart TV and a 6-seater dining table. The modern kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, cooktop, microwave, double door fridge/freezer, coffee machine and breakfast bench.

Moonee Beach is a stunning beach and a great place to go fishing. The creek meets the sea at Moonee Beach Reserve, which is family friendly and has many facilities including a playground, picnic shelters, BBQ's, toilets and beach showers. Please be aware that due to strong tidal currents, it is recommended to keep away from where the creek meets the sea during outgoing tides.The villa is conveniently located across the road from the local shopping mall which has a range of shops for all your holiday stay needs

Our stay at Moonee Beach was fabulous. The house was so well set up with everything we needed. The owners even left washing machine liquid and apples and bananas in the fruit bowl. The 2 litres of Norco milk in the fridge was very much appreciated. The house was very clean with an enclosed backyard, comfortable lounge, good wifi and everything we needed for our four night stay.
