With the stunning golden sands of Park Beach within a short stroll, along with a multitude of shopping and dining options, you can easily take advantage of all the area offers.

Location, location! Kick back and relax in this great little 2 bedroom apartment in a central and convenient location within walking distance of the beautiful Park Beach, the only beach in the area that is patrolled year round. Enjoy a drink at sunset around the firepit in the outdoor courtyard after your relaxing day at the beach. The kitchen provides everything you’ll need; choose to cook at home or get dinner from any of the many nearby pubs or restaurants. Unwind in the open plan living/dining with its large TV and comfortable corner lounge with chaise. Recent renovations have instilled a lovely fresh look with new furniture in October 2021.

Providing flexible bedding configurations, this holiday home can work its magic to suit your family or group. Both the master and second room can be made up as either King beds or twin singles with advanced notice; your choice! There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge offering further options. Linen is provided but please note beds will be made up as 1 King and 2 Singles unless notified otherwise. The combined bathroom laundry has a shower and is clean and modern. Undercover parking is included and there’s plenty of untimed street parking.

Only a 600m walk away, Park Beach is a gorgeous, unspoilt, long beach. It’s a haven for holiday makers, with its vast space, relaxed ambience and dune backdrop. Also within walking distance of the property are a number of shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs and clubs including the Park Beach Plaza, the famous Hoey Moey and Park Beach Bowls Club. Along with Cafe Aqua, The Mermaid Beach House, Ernie's Kitchen and more, there is an enormous variety of eateries on offer. The Surf Club with its restaurant and bar is only 1km away and walks abound, with a playground nearby.

Providing further entertainment for the kids is the Dolphin Marine Conservation Park, only 1.5km away, and if you feel like venturing into town, Coffs Harbour Marina and the main restaurant strip is just over 2km to the south. Lovely place to stay
Very quiet surroundings, everything was well stocked. 3 lots of bathroom towels, never had that luxury before. Kitchen had everything we needed. Nice outdoor setting and very comfortable beds. Liked we had our own clothes line as well. 10 minute walk to shops and beach

Great little unit
Unit was very clean, well stocked, and convenient. No complaints at all. It is in a quiet residential set of units which would not be appropriate for any kind of party holiday, but was great for our more mellow family visit.

Lovely and clean and comfortable with nice furnishings. Very well equipped kitchen and bathroom with everything you need. It’s an old style block of villas but the apartment itself feels more modern and is nice.

Everything was very comfortable and we enjoyed our time there. The only thing was the coffee machine wouldn’t work and it is way too hard to figure out how to use it with no manual wilhich was frustrating. Should be a fully automatic one
