The grounds are beautiful and staff are lovely and it is clean but it is a very outdated facility with popcorn ceilings, aged fit-outs and basic room amenities. Our toilet broke on the first flush but staff were great in fixing it. Stated as 4 star but that would have been in the 90’s.

Check in took forever 30-40 people waiting to check in. Pools are also freezing I thought they were heated. Outdoor spa is very old broken and dirty. Not up to the standard I would have expected for this resort.
