Perfect location for a oceanic holiday - across the road from the beach and less than 100m to the specialty shops of Sawtell. Whether you want to swim, browse the boutiques, go to a formal restaurant for dinner or relax in one of the many cafes or under the shady fig trees this unit is close by.

Sand & Sea 5 is a naturally cool two bedroom upstairs unit. Being renovated, it contains open plan living leading out to the balcony overlooking the trees and surf club.

The two bedrooms sleep five with a queen in the main and trio bunk in the second bedroom. Shared complex laundry. Garage for one small car.

Sawtell Beach is one of the Coffs Coast's best swimming spots and the village lifestyle has great appeal for locals and also newcomers seeking that warm community atmosphere

Quiet, clean and well located apartment
Our family 2 adults and 2 children) stayed at this clean, well appointed, functional small apartment across the road from the beach and walking distance to cafes, pub, restaurants. Definitely stay again.

Great location with space
Gets all the basics right and for the price its good. There seems to be some permanent rentals in the building sharing the space which can get a bit noisy and being across the road from the surf club means plenty of activity from early ( 6am ) in the morning but we`re talking Sawtell here, not Bondi so it`s not too bad. Bed good and supportive, kitchen great, space awesome for 2 people and location to cafes/shops doesn`t get any better.

Well located to shops and very close to beach. It’s a cosy unit that has the basics. Only suggestion is replace or fix the bed in 2nd bedroom as very squeaky when on it.

Great little unit, with no better location.
Stayed here for 5 days with the kids. The unit is spotless, great furnishings and bedding. Also have aircon which is critical in summer. No better location in Sawtell- across the road from the surf club and beach- and through the back gate to the main street and shops.
