150 meters walk to the Beach and Surf Club and even less to the village.
Sawtell village is vibrant and alive with trendy cafes, scrumptious restaurants, pubs and clubs.
Close to sporting complexes and venues or take a short drive the many tourist attractions such as the Big Banana or Porpoise Pool.

Fully Ducted Air-Conditioned. Comfortable beds and luxury linens. Hair dryer and hair straightener. Games, dvd’s, stereo and Netflix. Everything you will need and more is provided for you to have a wonderful stay what ever the occasion.
Other things to note
Carport parking off Hillery Lane. For small/medium cars. Plenty of car parking on First Ave.
With advanced noticed of at least one week the two singles can be made into a King Bed.
