A dramatic open plan design with high voluminous ceilings incorporating clearstory windows floor to ceiling louvres and industrial size glazed double doors opening onto a large north facing deck, ensuring the property is always bathed in beautiful light and sublime ocean breezes. Haven Oceana is less than a a couple of minutes stroll to the soft sands and pristine waters of Emerald Beach, numerous local cafés and restaurants.

Haven Oceana is a vacation holiday house for couples, families or singles. The nautical inspired staircase leads you up to a breathtaking expansive vista of the vast blue ocean and Groper Island from the massive north facing covered deck with swinging daybeds. Polished seeded concrete floors weaving throughout the living areas of the property, from the fully provisioned kitchen with an ocean view designed and built with suspended concrete benches and cabinetry. Leading into the massive dining area with a handcrafted norfolk pine banquet dining table a comfortable lounge/TV area with views through the impressive round window. The main wet room bathroom has a large bath and separate shower.

The generously king sized master bedroom where you can sit up in bed and enjoy the ocean view through the double sliding doors has a full ensuite with shower and walk in robe. There are two queen size bedrooms with a wall of integrated built in cupboards. Resort comfortable beds throughout with 100% luxury cotton and linen bedding. There are ceiling fans in each of the bedrooms as well as the living area.

This is a creative handcrafted and bespoke property. The elegant yet relaxed interior decor utilises a gentle natural colour palette with artwork and objet d’art showcased in this abundantly light filled property. The pièce de résistance is the covered north facing deck with two swinging daybeds. Dine alfresco with a view or drift off with the gentle rocking of the plush hand crafted daybeds to the sounds of the birds and the ocean.

Fantastic house
We had the best 4 days at the residence. Cannot speak more highly of the quality of the house. Love the bird feeder and bath, as well as games and the awesome king size bed. Beach at the end of the street, will be coming back again

Thanks Leesa for sharing your holiday home with us. Our two families were comfortably accommodated across the 2 apartments for the duration of our trip. Location was fantastic, with a short stroll to the beach, restaurants and local headland walks. The atmosphere created on the deck with the decor and views was nothing short of spectacular! Would definitely stay here again.

A Top Spot
Stunning outlook, perfectly located in a lovely spot - and even better it's clearly a real home that the owners use themselves, which means a well-appointed kitchen, a good size BBQ, and comfortable beds/chairs. The outdoor area is especially stunning (especially at sunrise). Probably the best place we have stayed in via home share apps and we definitely want to come back!
