with panoramic views that are simply stunning!

Villa Provence beach house is waiting for you to walk in, wind down and enjoy your holiday. Just as Provence is one of the most beautiful areas of France, Villa Provence is located in an exceptionally beautiful spot in Coffs Harbour.

Villa Provence is a five-bedroom, three-bathroom home. It features a well-equipped kitchen, large dining table, three flat-screen TVs (in the lounge, master and second bedrooms), Netflix, wifi, as well as comfy outdoor furniture and BBQ.

With gorgeous ocean views and stylish accommodation that will sleep 8. One bedroom is located on the ground floor, for easy access. It has a queen bed, robe and en-suite bathroom. Three more bedrooms are located on the upper floor, two with decks both enjoy amazing views. The master has a king-size bed and private bathroom with spa; the second bedroom has a king bed and is next to the main bathroom; the third bedroom has twin beds.

Great place to stay with a couple of families, really enjoyed the location and going for walks out along the headland and beach. We got to see whales and dolphins which was pretty amazing and the kids had a great time even with the colder weather.

Stunning location
Wow - what a location could not beat it! Short walk to what felt like our own private beach. Beautiful grassed area for endless games of cricket. Turn left or right and head off on a great coastal walk. Plently of space for two families to stay together.

We had such a great time at the Villa Provence, when we walked in we were greeted with spectacular views. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We were close to the beach, parks, shops and the Big Banana. Monique the property manager was lovely and made our check in stress free. We highly recommend this property and look forward to staying there again.

Fabulous property with amazing views and great access to the beach.
We recently stayed with another family in this property. It had plenty of space and was a very enjoyable and comfortable stay for both families. Highlights would be the incredible views from the property, the close proximity (easily walkable) to two amazing beaches. Master bedroom is huge with a large spa. We couldn’t have been happier with the property and would highly recommend it to others. We won’t stay anywhere else when we visit Coffs Harbour from now on.

What we loved about the stay: The gorgeous views from nearly every window in the house Comfortable beds and good quality amenities and furnishings Massive master bedroom and ensuite Second bedroom with ensuite Modern kitchen Close proximity to beach and scenic walking paths Lovely outdoor setting for al fresco dining The upstairs balcony The host Monique, who was very helpful throughout our stay Other things about the property: Home has 5 bedrooms but one doesn't have any windows A soap dish in the ensuite shower would be useful Overall we had a wonderful stay at villa Provence and would happily return.

Unfortunately with the hectic tournament schedule we were in Coffs for, we didn't have enough time to really enjoy this property and its great location. would definitely book again but next time for longer.

A wonderful property fitted out for a big family. Great access to a park area and the beach so there was always plenty to do. The Property Manager was super responsive when we did have a couple of issues. Would highly recommend this.

Outstanding holiday home with breathtaking view and perfect location, ideal for families!
Villa Provence was by far the best holiday home we have experienced. The views are breathtaking from the living room, dining room, terrace and king bedrooms. The villa is very well presented, clean and spacious, with brand new furnishings and comfortable beds. The location is ideal, a short stroll to the beach, to resort restaurants/bars and a 3-minute drive to the shops and attractions. The villa was perfect for our two families travelling together, the owners have thought of everything including providing ample toys and games for young children. The front reserve land was a winner with our active boys who spent hours kicking the ball whilst us adults were enjoying the amazing view on the patio. Thank you to the owners and the manager Monique for making us feel appreciated. It was such a great experience we are already planning our return!
