Fantastic Hotel
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Dona Ines. The hotel was very clean, the location was perfect walking distance to city center and the staff was very friendly. The hotel offers a free drink if you forego the daily cleaning which we took them up on. We will definitely look for NH hotels in the future. Two suggestions: First, if you offer a free drink for forgoing the daily cleaning, maybe having enough coffee and creamer in the room for more than one day. Second, we stayed there for two nights. The woman manning the front desk both days was obviously ill, watery eyes running nose. When asked if she hopefully had allergies, she said no she had a cold. If she had to come to work for whatever reason, maybe have her do some filing until she feels better.

A clean and quiet hotel
A good hotel for sleeping and comfort. Very clean. A large number of bus tours, every day. The location is 20 minutes walk to the town. Right next to the regional bus station.

Stayed 2 nights, room size, cleanliness, comfort are as one would expect of a 4 stars hotel. Pool was a welcome relief during hot days, can be a little crowed. Hotel staff were nice, friendly (especially Ana), and helpful. Loacted,15 mins walk from Coimbra B train station and 15 mins walk to town (attractions). Would recommend this hotel.

Out of the centre but easy walk in. Quiet. Value for money. Bar wasn’t fully open. Maybe early season. Rooms were comfortable. I had to dust the shelves in wardrobe as they were thick. Again early season & probably hadn’t been used. Breakfast cups dusty also. Overall a pleasant stay & would recommend.

a very pleasant modern hotel near the train and bus stations. Lovely room and bathroom. Great sheets. Quiet. Lovely view of the river. The building across teh street was ugly though. The tennis court needs modernisation and to be swept as it was full of sand and slippery on that account.
