It was great, right beside the main area of the city. Beautiful view of the water, and good common kitchen. Facilities were clean, tiny bit of wear and tear, but all round good stay.

Great hotel location close to historic Coimbra sites. Our room was a bit small. Smaller than we thought it would be.

Room Design is what I like. I didn’t know there is street music festival happening during we stay. So I felt happy music sound especially at the last night. Overall it was good.

The location is very nice - just a short walk over to the historic area of the city. The hotel itself was suitable, but didn't feel as clean as I thought it would be with all the rating.

We had the unfortunate circumstance of staying on the top floor which meant that our room was only a half room because the sloping ceiling made half of it unusable. The bed was not comfortable and it sloped to one side because the floor was uneven. There was also some clear mold around the bathroom. The first floor also smelled like fish. The location was good and the girl at the front desk was very nice, but that was all that was good about it.

It was fine, nothing special or terrible. We never received the check-in email, but luckily someone was onsite to let us in. That was literally our only interaction with staff. Walk across the bridge to get into town, and if traveling with kids, there is a cute little park with exact (but scaled for kids) replicas of many of Portugal's (and it's current and former colonies) most famous sites, almost across the street. No onsite parking, but a big paid lot next door. Room was small but adequate, had a mini fridge and coffee, and there is a balcony on the 4th floor.

We loved the ability to be in our own space/apartment for a couple of days, and to have access to our own food and the use of cooking facilities. This was a wonderful property. Highly recommended.

Hotel was just as advertised. Simple easy to find. I think we were supposed to pay for parking but didn’t and we didn’t get a ticket. Close walk to historic town and plenty of choices for food.

Check in was difficult. Received no email with access code to get in and no one there to answer door. Once we were able to reach someone, they were fery nice, helpful, and informative. Room was great
