The facilities are mistaken. Terrible pillows, unclean toilet, old signs for door do not disturbance, not decaf coffee on room, very old even ripped out mattress covers, entrance to parking lots very odd, and gloomy painting inside. It looks like sad.

maintenance and cleanliness in the property are very low. the property is becoming dirty. the water in the swimming pool and the floors around it are very dirty, also the floors of the whole buildings are dull and dirty. the hotel is not well maintenance 😕 but some of the stuff are trying hard to be very nice and help customers.

El servicio por parte del personal es excelente. Toda la gente es muy amable. Pero me molesta cuando una cadena como el Hilton solo se preocupa por su rentabilidad y no por las personas. Las paredes del hotel que dan al parque y las escaleras no estan enjarradas. Los elevadores fallan constantemente. No hay almoadas extras. No hay kleenex. Creo que Hilton tiene que replantear su idea de bajar costos.

The parking is a maze, it does not make sense when you park and get to the elevator is hard to find the location where you are at. I asked for towels because we were 3 and the room had only 2 and the towels were gone the day after.

There were two elevators and only one was working for my entire five night stay. It took us forever to get up and down on busy days it was a hassle. Apparently, this has been the case for a couple of months. This would be enough to not stay at this hotel if you're on a higher floor or carrying a lot of luggage. Other than that the staff the facility the rooms were clean but I wouldn't stay there again if elevator was not working.
