The Seascape - Executive Class Mini Villa

The Seascape is a new Mini Villa / stylish "couples cottage" packed full of comforts and located on a breathtaking 50+ acre stay-and-play oceanfront property. The unit boasts stunning ocean views and access to a beautifully groomed nature trail which leads to secluded and sandy swimming beach (see photos). The unit sleeps two adults in a queen bed and a child (aged 8+) in a nearby pullout sofa. There is no separate bedroom.

Enjoy ocean views and stunning sunsets from the open-concept living area and sundeck. Amenities include a queen bed, pullout sectional, 3-piece bathroom with walk-in shower, full kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher), BBQ as well as WiFi, a smart TV and A/C and access to a 240 volt power outlet (for charging an EV - fees apply.

Although there are two other mini villas nearby none obstruct each others’ views of the ocean or sunsets.

Additionally, PLEASE NOTE:

1. For safety and other reasons, children must be 8 years or older to stay, and pets of any kind are not permitted.

2. The use of the nature trails and beach zone on the property is at the guest's own risk and requires signing a liability waiver (available upon arrival).

3. Our House Rules include no pets, parties, events, smoking, fires, fireworks, drone flying, cooking fish, cooking shellfish, or cooking strong-odor foods indoors, or use of ATVs. Quiet time begins at 9:30 PM

4. The maximum occupancy is two adults and a child. Three adults may not share the unit.

5. The property has a 240 Volt, 50 amp receptacle for high speed EV charging. Guests must bring their own charging cable and an adapter compatible with an RV outlet (as shown in picture in photo gallery). Charging fees apply at 25 cents per KWh.
1. HOUSE RULES include no pets, no parties, no smoking, no fires, no fireworks, no flying drones, no cooking fish or shellfish indoors, no ATVs , no children under 8, and quiet time from 9 pm.


2. USE OF THE NATURE TRAIL, THE BEACH AND COMMON AREA OF THE PROPERTY ARE AT GUEST OWN RISK DUE TO ABSENCE OF LIFEGUARD, PRESENCE OF WILDLIFE AND OTHER FACTORS. Guests agree to sign liability waiver before using these features of the property.
