When I walked in, I immediately realized there was no air conditioning in the lobby. There was also no attendant. I asked some pool goers if they had seen anyone, they had not. By the way, the pool was extremely dimly lit to the point of being unsafe as anyone who walked in could immediately access it. When the attendant finally arrived, none of the equipment was properly working to check me in. The attendant had to manually enter all of my information which I was very uncomfortably with. The elevator was hot and very old; both of the buttons pointed to up. The room itself was the saving grace. It was basic, but clean. Have no plan to stay here again. Too many negatives.

The first thing we saw when we walked into our room was a big puddle from the air condition and a stench smell. Then I proceeded to the bathroom and saw dirty rags and hair in the shower. They say they checked the rooms after the cleaning people but apparently they didn't check it well enough. That's what I was told that they checked the rooms and I feel that they didn't this explains the low-closed of staying here.

Hi the Indian gentleman should have improved customer service. I didn't feel welcome when I checked in. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was out of order, the room smelled of mildew and mold. My family is sensitive to mold and it's bad for your health. A dehumidifier is needed and air purifier is needed. The shower was in need of repair. People were breaking the rule and smoking weed on the 2nd floor and being loud in a no smoking hotel. Security needs to be hired to actually throw people out like that. I am tired of second hand smoke personally everywhere I go. However, breakfast was really good!

The television was out the first 12 hours, had to switch rooms inconvenience, truck was hit and no cameras were recording to tell who hit and didn't report it.
